"Jon, this is not cool." I grow angry, after Jon just telling me that he's been hanging out with Riley.
Jon rolls his eyes, "We've just hung out."
"Yeah, I get it. You 'just hung out' with your crazy ex-girlfriend, cause that's totally normal." I scoff.
"It is, she hasn't tried anything."
"Why should I trust you?" I cross my arms.
He rolls his eyes again, "Because I'm your boyfriend, Mia."
"That's suppose to be a reason, but it isn't. That's sad, Jon, that I can't even trust you."
Jon tries to speak, but his phone rings, he answers it, a death stare aimed at me, "Hey, Riley."
I roll my eyes, and put my hands on my hips.
"Sure, I'd love to meet up at Joe's tomorrow for lunch." He smirks.
It doesn't surprise me.
"See you at 10, bye." he hangs up, "Now I'm gonna go home and get some sleep for my 'meet up," He quotes, "Bye."
Walking out of my house, he slams the door. I growl slightly, and get in bed, a plan forming.

I wake up at 9, and call up a good friend.
"Hey, Mia." He answers the phone, cheerfully.
"Spencer! Hey, would you like to meet me at Joe's for lunch?"
I bite my lip as I wait for him to answer.
I could hear him smile as he speaks, "Of course, see you, is around ten okay?"
"Sounds perfect." I smirk.
"Bye, Mia."
"See ya soon." I hang up.
I get up and start getting ready. I shower, and when I get out I put on some cute clothes, a crop top, and some of my jean shorts. I put my hair up in a ponytail, and put in a headband.
By the time I'm done, it's 9:40, time to go.
I slip on some vans, and hurry to the door.
"Mia?"
I turn around, and Chelsea is there, "Yeah?"
"Where are you going?"
"To get some lunch." I said.
"What time will you be back? My appointment is at one."
"I'll be back before then." I smile, then exit. I go to my car, and jump in, ready to go.
Right as I get to Joe's Burgers, I see Jon's car, and I smirk, time to go.
I get a text from Spencer, saying he's got a table already. I get out, and head in, immediately spotting Spencer. I smile his way, and start there.
Then, I see Jon and Riley at a table on the opposite side of us. Jon catches my eye, and he watches me sit down in front of Spencer, his eyes wide.
"Hey there, Spencer." I smile widely.
"Hi, Mia." Spencer says, nervously.
"Ready to order?" a waitress comes to us.
"Yeah, can I have a cheeseburger, " spencer starts ordering.
"Uh, I'll take the same." I say once he's done, "Oh, and can we get one milkshake with two straws?"
"Yes ma'am. I'll be back with the drink." She then leaves.
I can tell Spencer didn't expect that, he's looking at me wide eyed.
"Soo, what's your favorite color?" I asked.
We continued speaking randomly, until the waitress have us our milkshake.
"Thanks." we both say, and I look at Jon, who is already looking at us.
I smile at Spencer, and take my straw, and begin drinking. Spencer slowly takes his, and does the same, turning bright red. It's cute how shy he is.
Soon, I see the same waitress give Jon and Riley a two-strawed milkshake, and immediately, they're sharing.
I gasp, but slightly so Spencer doesn't notice.
So I kick it up a notch.
The waitress brings our food, and after a little bit of eating, I pick up a fry, and feed it to Spencer.
He blushed, and laughs, feeding me one. It continues for a bit.
Once again, Jon is doing the same to Riley. I start getting angry.
He takes a look at me, and then grabs Riley's hand, and kisses it, smiling.
I take Spencer's hand over the table, and we smile at each other.
I notice how cute he is. His eyes a dark brown. His hair cut short, and a dark brown color , almost black. His nose is the perfect shape and size, agreeing with how big his eyebrows are, not to big, just right, and how perfect his lips are, a full bottom lip that sits beneath his not to thin upper lip.
"What?" I look at his eyes.
"I asked if you wanted to see a movie tonight." he chuckles.
"Um, yeah." I smile.
"Awesome." He smiles back.
But then I see Jon and Riley get up. He kisses her cheek.
Riley smiles, and wraps her arms around Jon, pulling him into a kiss.
Tears sting my eyes, "I- I Gotta go, Spencer, see you tonight." I get up, throwing some money on the table for tip, and exit in a hurry.
I sit in my car, tears ruining my make-up.
Jon is a jerk. Always will be.
I start backing out, when I see Spencer leaving to his car. He looks sad.
I feel bad for just leaving him, but it's better this way. I wont make Chels late for her appointment if I leave now.
I'll just call Spencer later.
Right as I get home, Chelsea steps outside, and heads to my car, "Ready?" she gets in.
"Yeah. Just a minute."
I get my phone and text Jon, "Hey, jerk. I saw that kiss, and you got what you wanted, I guess. My heart is broken, and my make-ups ruined. Don't bother texting back, I'm deleting your number."
I sigh, and send it, then bring up Spencer and I's texts. I send him a text, "Hey, cutie. Sorry for the fast exit. I was late for something. See you at the theater around seven."
After sending that, I looked at Chelsea, who looked wide eyed at me, saw both texts.
"I guess," I start, "Jon and I aren't suppose to be together. Although I really want to make it work, something bad happens every time things are great. So, I'm done trying."
Chelsea smiles a small smile, and I start the car again, driving away.
