Today started off like any other. You woke up ate breakfast said little to anyone and took a bath. The only thing that was slightly different was you weren't at home comfortably watching T.V, instead you were here quote on quote helping, so to speak.

I leaned against the wall with my hands in my jacket pockets. It was colder than I liked to admit in here and it was all for the sake of an ice sculpture.

"Oh, what do you think captures my likeness doesn't it?" Mettatons robotic voice captured your attention seeing that you were staring at his sculpture of himself.

"Likeness? Do you mean an obstructing view that's a waste of more important things, or maybe the fact that it's a hunk of nothing necessary." I looked back at him to meet a glare.

"Humph!" he strut away leaving me alone.

I shrugged my shoulders and cozied up to my jacket more.

"That girl is intolerable! Why is she even here she's not even lending a hand! " Nectarine (Auto correct did this I'm leaving it like that) sat down with legs crossed.

"Hate to break it to ya, but neither are you" sans spoke up

"A star doesn't do hardwork honey" he sassily said.

"...right, anyways what did she say this time?"

"must you ask? I decided to try and be friendly and struck up a conversation since I saw her admiring my ice sculpture from afar and she practically compared it to me being worthless!" he fumed crossing his arms in annoyance.

"...heh, I'm sure she didn't mean it like that, the kids justs tough around the edges, but I'm sure she's soft in the center"

"Humph yeah right,only you can put up with an attitude like hers sans and it's only because you have some odd -"

"I don't know what your getting at, I'm just being a friend to the kid, she's by herself to often" he cuts in cleanly

"Did you ever stop to think maybe she wants it that way?" nectarine asked and sans ignored him.

"Sans! There you are your supposed to be helping!"

"I was just taking my break bro"

"break? Sans you haven't done anything since we got here!" he places his hands on his him glaring at his older brother.

"Alright bro, ya got me, what's left?"

"Well nothing anymore I knew you be to lazy to do anything so I single handed took care of both of our tasks" he seemed to be basking in an invisible light.

"wow your so cool bro"

"indeed I am, all that's left is the ladies job but... Hmm?" he squinted his eyes looking in a different direction.

"They seem to be chatting"

"Hey punk! Your supposed to be helping here!" Undone barked

You glanced at undone who was standing next to Alphys.

"humph, I don't remember agreeing to help with this nonsense."

Undyne gritted her teeth and Alphys calmed her down.

"Well if you can just lend a hand... " she suggested softly

"I don't help, but if your so useless that you need it so badly then-"

"Forget it! We don't need your stinckin help! Come on Alphys were almost done anyways" the two walked off carrying boxes.

You watched then walk away then shrugged your shoulders. "Whatever"
