I wondered for a few moments what it could be. Part of me was hoping another baby. Me and Sal were like auntie and uncle to Milana and Remington so another baby would be really nice. Or maybe they were going on holiday and had to sort time off. My mind wandered away with thousands of thoughts but they soon got interrupted as soon as Sal walked in with a large tray and two breakfasts.
"What's this?" I asked with a beaming smile.
"Just a little something for my gorgeous girl" he said, kissing my forehead. He handed me my plate, then sat next to me and we both dug into our food. It was delicious and before I got carried away I told Sal about Joe.
"Babe, Joe wants to meet up with a later and tell us something" I said to him. Sal slowly rolled his eyes. "What's that for?" I asked him with a little laugh. He placed his empty plate on the table beside the bed.
"I just wanna spend my time with you!" He said to me, sitting closer to me. I placed my hands on his cheeks.
"I wanna spend all my time with you too, but obviously it's important. We have an hour until we have to meet him!" I said to Sal, giving him a kiss. I could feel his smile pressing against my lips which made me smile too.
"I suppose we better get ready" Sal said, jumping off the bed.
