So the night rolled round and Sal was taking my family to dinner. He was actually being more comfortable around them now. Me and Sal waited by the front door so we could lock up after my parents. Eventually they came out, dressed smartly.
"You look beautiful" Sal said to my mum. As my mum and walked down the path to get in the back of the car.
"How come I didn't get a compliment?!" I joked to Sal.
"You always look beautiful" Sal said. He placed his hands on either side of my face and pulled me in for a kiss. My parents watched from the car.
"They are a cute couple" my dad said.
"They were made for each other!" My mum said.
Sal locked up the house and grabbed hold of the hand and walked me to the car. He held open the passenger for me to walk in. He then sat in the drivers seat and began to drive us to the restaurant he chose.
"I really think you will love this restaurant I picked out. It's where me and Katy had our first date" Sal explained.
I gave Sal a smile. I was surprised Sal still remembered about our date.
We got into the restaurant and was shown to our table. We all ordered our food and drinks. We saw the waiter shown somebody else to their table. Me and Sal looked over in unison to see Joe and Bessy!
