Sal's POV
I got dressed and ran downstairs to follow the sweet smell of pancakes. I peered around the corner to see Katy placing a stack of pancakes onto two plates.
"Wait there!" She said to me as she saw me coming. She took a few minutes to do something then invited me to the kitchen. I walked in to see a love heart shaped pancake with 'Luv u' written in syrup on top.
I pulled her closer to me as she wrapped her hands around my neck.
"Have I told you how much I love you" I said to her.
"You have mentioned it" she joked to me as I gave her a kiss. She was perfect!
Katy's POV
The fact me and Sal were on very good terms and spending the day together was just the perfect thing. I was actually going to suggest going on holiday together, even if it was just for the weekend, just to spend more time together.
We kinda just stood there, holding onto eachother, mainly because we loved to be together. But we soon stopped as my parents walked into the kitchen.
"Sorry" They said. "We have ruined your moment, don't mind us" my mum added. Me and Sal could feel our cheeks burning in embarrassment but that sort of made me want to suggest the idea of a holiday even more. So it would just be us. Together.
"Ooo pancakes!" My dad said, taking some of ours. Sal couldn't help but laugh as he put the kettle on for my parents and made them a cup of tea. As my parents sat at the table I decided to pitch the idea about going on holiday to Sal.
"It's a bit crowded here now" I began. "And not much time together" I said to Sal.
"I know but as longs as we have eachother" Sal said to me with a smile.
"I was wondering if you'd like to go on holiday for the weekend. Like to a cabin?" I suggested.
"I'll check with the guys and see if I can" he said to me.
"Have you all made up now?" I asked.
"I'm thinking that I will apologise today to them and hopefully sort the issues out!" Sal said. "Actually I might do it now!" Sal said.
"Now?" I asked.
"I'll be an hour at most" he said, placing a kiss on my forehead as he grabbed his keys and phone.
Sal's POV
I called Joe and Q and told them to meet me in hospital and to meet me in Murr's room. They agreed and imdrive to the hospital. I got there as the same time as Q so we both walked in and said hello to Murr. Soon after, joe came in.
"Is everything okay?" Joe asked, catching back his breath as he took a chair. I stood up, facing Murr in the hospital bed and Q and Hie in either side.
"Well I need your help on deciding what to do" I began. They all nodded. "Well I was going to purpose to Katy this weekend.." I began.
"WHAT?" Q asked.
"Seriously?!" Joe asked quite surprised.
"Purpose?!" Murr asked.
"Well yeah, but now she wants to go on holiday~" I added.
"That's perfect!" Joe said. I looked at him with confused look. "Well it's just you two and you could ask her without being interrupted by one of us or her parents!" Joe explained. That never occurred to me. The more I thought about it, it made perfect sense.
"I'm happy for you!" Q congratulated us.
"Obviously don't tell her! But I knew I have to ask because I love her so much. I feel like I always want her by my side, and when she's not, I'm constantly thinking about her" I said to them.
"That's love!" Murr said to me with a smile.
"Does this mean we are all friends again?" Joe asked. We all smiled at eachother.
"Definitely" I said as we shared a group hug.
"I never thought Sal would get married but here we are!" Murr joked.
"Glad we are friends" Q said to us all with a bright smile.
