Be Mine- Part 2

Chapter 5

Me and Sal went home after dinner and it was now around 8pm. Sal had been worrying about the show, meanwhile I was playing Q's words over and over in my mind. What did he mean what I wanted not Sal? Was Sal actually happy with me? I tried to not let it bother me but it did... it really did. Me and Sal were led on the bed. He was messaging Murr but I was staring up at the roof. Sal slowly turned over to me with a warm smile. Every time I looked into his eyes I couldn't help but fall back in love every time.
"I'm sorry babe" Sal said to me, grabbing my hand. I gave him a confused look. "I haven't spent much time with you today" he explained.
"It's fine" I said.
"You actually seem quite quiet. What's wrong?" He asked me with a concerned look.
"Nothing" I lied, avoiding eye contact.
"Yeah there is something" Sal said, stroking my arm with the tips of his fingers. I didn't say anything I just shook my head.
"Come here" he said, nestling my head to his chest as he wrapped his arms around me. He placed a gentle kiss on my forehead and I gave him a smile. His phone began to ring and he picked it up, still holding me in his arms.
"Oh hey Q" I heard Sal say. I immediately jumped off the bed and stormed out of the room. All those words Q said came flooding back to me. I decided to go out and go over to Murr's place.

Once I arrived at Murr's I gave Sal a text, to let him know where I was. Me and Murr were very close friends and I could share anything with. I sat down on his sofa and he sat next to me. Tears came flooding out. Murr automatically got up and hugged me.
"What's wrong Katy??" He asked, quite concerned.
"It's me and Sal.. well Q.." I said hysterically making no sense.
"What??" Murr asked trying to make sense of what I was saying. "Q?" He said.
I wiped away my tears and took a deep breath.
"Q said something about Sal not wanting this relationship and it's only me" I said.
Murr began to laugh.
"And that's why your upset?" Murr asked. I nodded. "He was probably just stressed about this whole thing with Joe moving away that's all! Don't worry"  Murr reassured me.
"But what if Sal doesn't want this~" I quizzed Murr.
"Then he wouldn't ask you to move in" Murr replied with a smile. I suppose he was right.
Before I knew it I was fast asleep on Murr's sofa. He placed a blanket over me then rang Sal.
"Hey bud, she's asleep on my sofa!" Murr explained.
"I'll come and get her now" Sal replied with a laugh. Murr turned the tv on and watched some random show whilst waiting for Sal. A few minutes later Sal came round. Murr let him in and led him to me.
"Doesn't she look so cute when she sleeps" Sal said, as he knelt down beside me, brushing a strand of hair out of my face.
"Well I'm glad you love her" Murr said with a laugh.
"What?" Sal asked.
"Well Q was telling her a lot of strange stuff. She was so upset. I calmed her down but I think you should talk to him" Murr said to Sal. He gave a confused look then turned back to me. He caressed my face gently to wake me up. I slowly sat up, quite groggy. I sat up and Sal welcomed me with a cute smile which instantly made me smile.
"You okay babe?" He asked me.
"Yeah" I replied. Sal grabbed my hand and led me to the car and drove me home.

When Sal tucked me up in bed he messaged Q
Sal: hey Q, what did you say to Katy??

Q's POV
I was sat on my sofa with Benjamin cat on my lap when I heard my phone buzz. I picked it up to see a text from Sal.
Sal: hey Q, what did you say to Katy??

Oh no! She must have told him! I was so angry at the time I didn't mean anything by it! I really wanted to apologise but I didn't know how! I decided to not text back. 'Was at the right decision?' I asked myself.
