DÈJÁ VÛ -Norminah-

Dinah was woken up by her alarm at 11:30am. She groaned and rolled over to quickly tap the stop button on her phone to turn the alarm off. She stayed put in her spot on the couch for a few minutes before she finally got up.

She stretched out her sore limbs and rubbed her eyes sleepily as she walked to Daniel's room to wake him up.

But once she got there, she noticed that he wasn't in his bed. So she paid it no mind and walked into his bathroom to see that he was already brushing his teeth. Very excitedly.

She grinned as she watched him bounce around a bit before speaking to him. "Good morning, DJ."

"Good morning, other DJ." He responded back to his mother, who surprisingly heard him clearly even though his mouth was filled with toothpaste.

Dinah rose a brow at the name. "What did you just call me?"

Daniel smiled and took the toothbrush away from his mouth for a second. "I said, good morning mom!"

The Polynesian woman grinned sleepily. She playfully pushed his head, making the both of them laugh. "That's what I thought you said. Are you excited for our day together?"

He nodded rapidly before spitting the toothpaste out of his mouth.

"Me too. Let me know when you're ready, so we can go get breakfast." Dinah said to him as she walked into she and Normani's shared bedroom.

She hadn't slept in the room last night because her feelings were still hurt from what Normani said to her. The couch wasn't as comfortable as their bed was, but at least it gave her space from her girlfriend.

Dinah gathered her clothes for the day and spread them out on the bed. She didn't worry about Normani kicking them over because she was already up and out of bed.

She sighed as she looked to the bathroom door to see that the light was on and she could hear the shower water running, but she couldn't hear Normani.

The dark skinned woman usually sang when she was in the shower by herself...but for some reason she wasn't this time.

Dinah didn't want to be around her at the moment, but she didn't want to wait.

The tall blonde walked into the bathroom and stripped herself of her clothing, and stepped into the shower soon after. She found that the shower was empty and rose a brow in confusion, but she quickly shrugged it off. She was gonna be in and out anyways.

After about three minutes of Dinah washing herself to get clean, she felt somewhat dry arms being wrap around her body from behind.

She internally rolled her eyes as she felt Normani's lips being pressed onto right shoulder, and her head resting in the same spot soon after. "I missed you last night."
Dinah stood under the water and ignored the woman as she continued to talk softly against her wet skin. "It's okay though, I get it. Also...goodmorning."

Normani punctuated the last sentence with another kiss to her girlfriend's back, but that was before Dinah shrugged her off to get out of her hold.

The lighter woman turned around and looked down into her eyes with a straight face, no emotions shown anywhere.

Normani thought she was going to say something instead of just staring down at her, but when she didn't, the older woman took a small step forward and placed a longing kiss on her neck since she couldn't quite reach her lips.

She pulled back slightly to catch Dinah's reaction, but...nothing.

Dinah knew that Normani's lips on her skin made her go wild, but she wasn't in such a mood so she had to push those feelings away as far as possible.
