The Crystals Emerge

Chapter 8: The Others

Xavier looked at the Cake Crystal and said, "I wonder what he meant by 'I need to find my lost love.' Maybe I should just ask him."

"I wouldn't do that if I were you," said Joshua.

"Why not?"

"Because he will not tell you anything. You may have captured him, but that doesn't mean he will talk to you."

"Yeah,I guess, but still. He said a lot of things I want to know, like when he said that the boss sent him and there's been a rumor going around about me. What does it all mean?"

"That means that there's people onto you, and they might start hunting you."

Xavier felt really nervous. He didn't know who was coming after him and his friends. "What should I do?"

"You probably need to get your friends and start training, but you need a lot more people than two friends."

"Noway. I'm not bringing anyone else into this."

"Fine,but I warned you."

Xavier called up Haze. "Haze, I need you to come over here now," said Xavier.

"Why?"

"Just because," 

"Okay,I'll be right over,"

He then called Zona.

"Zona,I need you to come over now,"

"Why?"  Xavier explained it again.

"Fine,we will be right over," said Zona.

"Wait,what do you mean by we?"

"Oh,I'm with Milze, so she would have to come too."

"I'm coming, Xavier, so don't try to stop me," said Milze.

"Fine,just get over here," said Xavier.

"Okay,I'll be there in a flash,"

Zona,Haze, and Milze showed up."Hey guys! I need your help setting up the training stuff outside. Did you bring your weapons?" said Xavier.

"I brought mine,"said Zona.

"I brought mine, too," said Haze.

"I brought my thing too. They are nunchucks. Pretty cool, right?" said Milze.

"Where did you get them at?" said Haze.

"My mom works in a dojo, so I sneaked one."

"Ready for some training?" said Xavier.

"Of course we are," said all three of them. They worked very hard on training for hours and hours.

Joshua came out of his Crystal. "There is a Crystal at the park."

"The park isn't that far from here. Do you guys want to come?" said Xavier.

His three friends said yes. "Okay, let's go," said Xavier. ~~~

They got to the park. "Now what are we going to do?" said Milze.

"Just look around," said Xavier.

Something came up to Haze's back and touched him. Haze got startled and turned around. It was a Crystal. It had a star for its head with two yellow eyes. The Crystal had a human-shaped body but was made of a meteor.

"What the heck?!" Haze could only say that until the Crystal kicked him.The kick made Haze fly in the air and fall hard on the ground. The Crystal said, "one down, three to go."

Xavier ran over to Haze. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine," said Haze. "I just need to stay down for a couple minutes."

He grabbed Haze's gun and his bat. He got Joshua's Crystal and made the weapons and the Crystal touch each other. Both the bat and the gun were very powerful. Xavier started to shoot as Zona and Milze attacked the Crystal's feet.

"You would have to try much harder than that to stop me," said the Crystal. The Star Crystal kicked Zona and Milze away. They were very hurt, just like Haze. Xavier was by himself. He ran out of bullets.He started to approach the Crystal with the bat. The Crystal turned and started to shoot shooting stars at Xavier. Xavier got hit. He was very hurt and didn't know what to do. All his friends were injured.All his weapons were destroyed. "I guess this is the end."

The Crystal was about to finish Xavier when four people came out of nowhere and started to attack the Crystal. It didn't take them long to defeat it.

The Crystal screamed in pain and said, "No!" The Crystal fell on the ground. One of the four people picked it up.

Xavier,Haze, Zona, and Milze got together. "Thank you for helping us,"said Xavier.

All four of them laughed. "Help you? We weren't here to help you."

"We came here for the Crystal."

"We don't care about you."

All four of them were wearing dark cloaks, so they couldn't tell who they were.

One of them said, "Maybe we should just kill them now."

"No,we're not," said another.

"Who are you?" said Xavier.

"Oh, I can't tell you that, but you better get out of our way, or we will kill you. See you later."

All four of them disappeared. Xavier's gang was frightened.
