Chapter 28 'Megan & Liam First Date'

Megan POV

It has about about 6 weeks since winter break, and everything kind of settled down, I think. Lydia and Nathan has been spending too much time together and they both always try to avoid everybody but each other. It is quite bothersome since I want to know every second of their relationship it is just too cute!

I have a hard time trying to stay awake in history right now, teachers just can't expect kids to stay awake on a class full of lectures. For every word Mr. Simpson says my eyes gets heavier and Boom! My head slammed right into my desk. I slowly sat up rubbing my forehand while the entire class is now staring at me. Okay, this is so embarrassing right now. Beside looking up or making eye-contact with anybody I stared down at my desk. "Megan is there something that you would like to say since you interrupted my class." Said Mr. Simpson using an angry tone. "Sorry...." I whispered while shaking my head.

The moment class was over I was the first to burst out of the door. It was just too embarrassing seating there just after making such a big ruckus. I was just on my way to my locker and a hand pulled me back. Oh it was just Liam.

I got up on my toes to give him a kiss on his cheek, but Liam turn his head to where I kiss his lips. "Hey whats up?" I asked him. We were walking hands in hands on our way to my locker. "Hey so are you free on tomorrow?" Liam asked me. "I don't know am I?"

"Well I was hoping we could go on a date?"

"I don't know.....it doesn't even look like you are confident about going out."

"Alright then, Megan we are going on a date tomorrow and I will see you then." He said in a more confident tone. I just smiled at him back, he kissed me on the cheek and walked away to class.

I took a glanced around getting jealous looks from other girls. This may sound mean of me but I am so happy just to see that mainly since the the girls jealous of me are the ones I hate. I then spend the rest of my day with a big grin on my face.

"Lydia I don't have anything to wear! How can you not care?" I exclaimed to Lydia while her and Nathan were just sitting on the couch trying to watch a movie. "Megan what you are wearing right now is fine. I don't see what the big deal is, its just a first date."

"That's because your boyfriend ruined your first date and I am pretty sure you guys haven't even went on another date." I shot back.

"HEY!" Shouted Nathan. After that Lydia try to comfort him from what I just said. "Lydia!!!" I whined over and over probably for about 5 minutes. "ALRIGHT FINE!" she finally gave in. Lydia paused their movie and I followed her upstairs, leaving a priceless look on Nathan's face.

After what felt like forever I finally agreed on a nice tank top with a cardigan over it and I also borrowed a pair of cute boots from her since I was on the topic of wearing Lydia's clothes anyway. This is so exciting, I mean going on my first date. Liam and I having been together on a while but we never actually went out on our own, well as a date I mean.

"Hey Nathan when are you planning on taking Lydia on your 'redo date'?" I asked him while waiting for Liam to come get me. I am pretty sure he knows I am over at Lydia's house. "That my friend, is none of your business." I rolled my eyes at Nathan knowing that he has nothing planned and he most likely won't be taking Lydia on a date.

Why is Nathan and Lydia both trying to ignore me? I mean sure they are a couple but they don't have to make me a third wheel. I never done that to Lydia, right? No matter how much I ship them, they both are the laziest couple ever.
