Chapter 19

"That still doesn't tell me where we're going" I questioned while following Taylor to the elevator.

Does everything have to be a surprise with these boys?

Damn it I hate surprises.

Taylor let out a small chuckle as he realized my frustration.

"We're taking you girls to six flags."

"Seriously?" I know I don't seem like the type of girl to like that sort of thing seeing as how I hate big crowds and my anxiety and all, but I love amusement parks. Roller coasters are my favorite, I suppose it's the thrill it gives you that drives me or maybe it's the danger that I love so much.

"Yeah seriously"

I jumped up and down with excitement. Taylor smiled wide, obviously thrilled that I like the idea.

"Alright" he grabbed my waisted making my jumping and happy dance come to a halt. "You're gonna cause the elevator to break down" he teased.

"Are you calling me fat, Caniff?" I asked pretending to be offended.

His face dropped like my stomach will as soon as we hit these roller coasters.

"No, No, of course not. I would never call you fat."

"I know. I'm only kidding" I laughed.

He sighed a sigh of relief that I wasn't actually hurt by his choice of words.

The bell to the elevator dinged and the doors glided open.

Matt, Haley, Gilinsky, Johnson, Sammy, Dillon, Jacob, Mahogany, and one of the girls from the dance the other night all sat in a group taking up the chairs in the middle of the lobby.

"The party has arrived" Dillion announced as Taylor and I approached the group.

"Well come on. We've got to get going. The other group is probably already there by now." Matt rushed us all along.

We all piled into a large van, we were scrunched in like a can of sardines.

Thankfully the ride won't be too long.

"Turn the radio on" Jacob yelled to the driver over everyone's loud talking

She Looks So Perfect by 5SOS was playing. This is one of my favorite songs at the moment. Jacob and I began belting at the top of our lungs.

"HEYY HEYY HEYYYYAHH"

"I KNOW NOW THAT IM SO DOWN"

Taylor winked at that part and I couldn't help but laugh.

"YOUR LIPSTICK STAIN IS A WORK OF ART I GOT YOUR NAME TATTOOED IN AN ARROW HEART"

We jammed out the whole way until we saw the roller coasters in the distance and everyone started jumping and screaming with excitement.

We rode ride after ride. Getting in as much as we could.

The boys are gone to find us girls some lunch. Mahogany, Haley, and the girl Leah, whom I've discovered is actually pretty cool, (she was Gilinsky's date for the Prom and they've gotten really close ever here lately) and I are all sitting at a picnic table waiting.

"I ship Jox so hard, Mahogany." Leah gushed causing Mahogany to turn all shades of pink and red. "What's going on with you guys anyhow?"

"The truth is I actually do have a tiny crush on him, but it's not that simple." she explained. "I'm nineteen and he's sixteen. That's kind of illegal, but we're best friends and I love him to death."
