My eyes began to slowly fluttered open. It was silent throughout the house, Taylor began to shift beside me, his right arm still draped across my naked waist. I lifted myself up a bit so that I could kiss his cheek.
He let out a soft groan signaling that he was now waking up.
"Good morning, Handsome." I cooed.
"Good morning, Princess." He replied in his sexy deep morning voice.
"Taylor Michael fucking Caniff" I scolded. "I told you not to call me that you little shit" I said slightly joking, but yet slightly series, as I knocked him in the face with a pillow.
"I know you just didn't"
"Oh yes I did." I said in my smart ass tone.
"You asked for it." He said grabbing a pillow from underneath him and pounding me with it.
"Taylor. Stop. I only hit. You. Once." I said in between the blows.
"Say you're sorry." he said still hurtling the pillow at me.
"Fine. I'm sorry damn it." I yelled.
"Okay you're forgiven." he smirked and left a small peck on my lips. "Now go make me breakfast you peasant." he yelled pointing towards the door.
I stood from my side of the bed and sauntered towards our dresser that was on the opposite side if the room I slide on a pair of pink lace underwear and one of Taylor's shirts.
I headed down stairs and towards the kitchen. I started grabbing all if the necessary ingredients and started throwing things together.
Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Bacon. Eggs. Toast. And coffee all of my favorite breakfast items.
I was finishing up by fixing the toast when I heard footsteps from the stairs.
"Damn I didn't think you were actually gonna make me breakfast." Taylor said taken back from my actions.
"Oh I didn't make you breakfast." I smirked. "I made me breakfast." I corrected him. "There's pop tarts or cereal if you want anything" I said as I took the toast from the toaster.
"To hell with that. Give me the bacon woman." he yelled as he dived for my plate I had fixed on the island counter top."
I beat him to it and smacked his hands away with the spatula I was holding.
"Back the fuck up. No one messes with a fat bitches bacon."
We began laughing uncontrollably in sync.
After what seemed like forever of us laughing we finally caught our breaths.
"Seriously though what about that bacon?" he asked causing me to snicker once again.
"Of course Prince Caniff. Your breakfast is served." I curtsied.
We sat together on the bar stools around the island and began digging into the delicious food in front of us.
"Damn babe. I didn't even know you could cook like this."
"There's a lot more where that came from."
"Marry me? please." He teased as he took another bite of bacon.
We finished our breakfast and we did the dishes together, me washing and him drying.
"Hey Taylor?" I said breaking the silence between us.
"Yeah babe?" he asked.
"Can I ask you something?" I said uneasy. I contemplated hard on whether I should even bring it up, but I couldn't help it. It was eating away at me and I didn't want any secrets between us.
"You just did, but yeah what's up?"
"Um I ran into one of your friends the other day when I was shopping." I said unsure of myself.
"Oh really?" he asked. "Who was it?"
"A girl." His face became as cold and lifeless as a stone. "Her name was Bridget." His eyes widened in shock.
"Oh."
Really? that's all he has to say is oh?
"She said y'all two had a thing."
"Yeah, but it was before I met you. She meant nothing to me. She was just a fuck buddy really."
I'm not sure why, but his words hurt me.
"A fuck buddy huh? and is that all I am to you just a fuck buddy?" tears began to form in my eyes.
"No why would you think that?" he said as he grabbed my face coming closer to me.
"If you think so little I her then how do I know you won't think the same about me."
"You're living with me, Parker. I think it's fair to say that your more than a fuck buddy. Damn, you're so ungrateful."
The tears began to pour as his words stabbed through my heart like a knife. I began to slowly back away from him as the tears spilled from my eye.
"Oh God! Parker I didn't mean it like that."
"Yes you did. It's exactly what you meant."
I ran for our room locking the door behind me. How could he say something like that to me. I am a lot of things, but ungrateful is not one of them. It's killing me knowing that's how he sees me.
I'm nothing but his ungrateful little bitch.
I fell to the floor, my head in my hands as my heart broke more and more.
After maybe an hour of nothing but tears, I finally collected myself enough to stand.
I started pilling my things in a bag. I planned to go visit Haley. I needed her. She's the only person I've ever truly had. I sent her a quick text telling her I was catching the 7 o'clock flight to South Carolina.
I packed quickly, I needed to see Taylor and tell him I was leaving, I had to let him know I needed a break.
I left the room a searched through the house for him but there was no sign of him.
The studio. He had to be in at 5 today.
I called a cab and threw my bags into the back seat with me. I told the driver my destination and we were off.
The studio was only a ten minute drive from our apartment. I ran through the doors and spotted Dillion immediately. He was standing in the hallway outside of the recording room talking to one of the producers.
"Dillion. is Tay in there?" I asked as I reached for the nob.
"No you can't go in there" Dillion knocked me to the side a bit of panic in his voice.
"To hell I can't." I shoved him out of my way and opened the door. Although I wish I hadn't. The sight before me killed me. A lump formed in my throat the size of a gold ball, my heart dropped into the cold, empty pit of my stomach. It's squashed every bit of hope, love, and strength I had in me.
"Taylor?" I managed to choke out between the stream of tears that were falling from my eyes.
