~Morning~

Jon was still sleeping by the time I woke up. So I went down to the kitchen to make him some breakfast. I told him I'd make him take his mind off everything, and that's what I'm planning to do. After a hour, I was done making breakfast and I heard motion coming from upstairs. I plated the bacon, eggs, and pancakes, setting it on the table with a glass of chocolate milk. I walked out of the kitchen to find Jon around the corner. "Hey Jon," I smiled, "I'm gonna go get changed. I'll be back," I kissed his cheek and went upstairs.

When I came back down, Jon was starting to wash the dishes. "What're you doing?" I asked.

"What do you mean?" He asked, turning to look at me. "I'm doing dishes."

"No you're not." Jon looked at me confused, "I'm doing the dishes." He gave me a look but I brushed it off. "Go get ready. We're going somewhere fun."

"Tyler. I said I don't like doing things on my birthday." Jon sighed, "and it's like, 10:00."

"And I told you I don't care, you're going to have an awesome day. And it'll be fine, we'll get there on time. Now, go get ready, and bring a swimsuit and towels. No if's, and's, or but's." He rolled his eyes with a smile, but left the kitchen and I finished the dishes and put them away.

"Can you tell me where we're going yet? It's been an hour of driving already." Jon whined in the passenger seat.

"Nope. It's a surprise." I grin, and laughed when he groaned, sliding down in his seat. After another ten minutes, we arrive at a mall.

"Really? The surprise is shopping?" He said, unamused.

"No, it's better than that ya baby. Now, let's go." I turned off the car, grabbed the towels and we walked into the mall. In the middle of the mall, there was a giant aquatic place. It read Sea Quest, across the top of the entrance. We entered, got wrist bands to say we paid, and I lead Jon into the actual place.

"So, this looks cool so far. But you planned something," Jon smiled.

"Yep, and you'll find out in about two minutes." We walked into an area where a large tank full of Stingrays. Jon's face lit up as he ran to stand at the edge of the tank. It had some rocks at the bottom so you could stand on it and you pet the Rays, and/or feed them. Jon reached in and a huge Butterfly Ray came up to him.

"Are you here for the snorkeling?" A women asked me.

"Yes. Me and him," I pointed.

"Alright! Well let me get you two some wetsuits and your guide, and I'll be back."

"Thank you," I look back to see Jon, still hanging out with his Ray. "Hey Jon! Come here for a minute!" I called. He looked at me, hopped down from the rocks and walked over.

"Yeas?" He smiled.

"You make a friend?" He giggled, nodding happily. "So, we're going to get some wetsuits. There's bathrooms over there, put it on, and meet me out here. Okay?"

"Uh, okay?" The lady came back with our wetsuits, we grabbed them and went into the bathrooms into change.

Once the suit was on, I walked out to find Jon, by the tank again, in his as well. The suits were tighter, so it outlined everything. And on him, he looked amazing. I looked and saw it was the same Ray. Huh, Jon really did make a friend haha. I smiled and walked up behind him, wrapping my arms around him, making him jump. "Haha, sorry."

"Haha it's okay." We got down when we heard someone call us.

"You guys ready?" The guy asked. The guide I was guessing.

"Yep!"

"Alright! Let's go," he walked away, up to a wooden stage like area. It was against the tank, and had a wooden gate that opened toward it. I followed with Jon behind me.

"Wait, are we swimming with them?" He asked excitedly.

"Maybe," I sang, Jon jumped up and down and ran ahead of me. The guide gave us some simple rules to follow before we got in. I swam around a bit, talking with the guy and feeding the Rays. It was so weird cause they don't really have teeth or anything. I looked around to find Jon standing at one of the edges of the tank. I went over to see what he was doing. "Whatcha doin?" I asked once I reached him.

"Hangin out." He looked at me, than looked back. He had three giant butterfly rays and two sharks swimming around him. And the sharks didn't bite, they had mouths like the Stingrays did.

"Are you like, a fish-whisperer?" I laughed.

"Haha, maybe. Looks like it huh." That's when one of the sharks jumped up and it's tail smacked me in the face.

"Well okay than," I chuckled, but Jon was practically dying. "You having fun?"

"So much. How long do we get to do this?"

"It's for 30 minutes, but I was told we can get out whenever as long as someone is in here with us. That, and no one is in line to get it."

"Sweet!"
