Okay I probably should've guessed someone I already knew would've commented first. Yes they will get a part in my story but to make it fair I'm going to do this again for the next... five people to comment. If you feel like you're already in the story in some way then cool :) 

I kinda know where I want this story to go, but if I don't get enough reads then meh I'll add some crazy circus stuff and clowns. Atleast then it will be scary ;)

Haven't done lesson of the day in a while, this one is when you put your fries in your mcflurry, it tastes goddam nice!! Try before you judge. 

My alarm went off and I slammed my fist through the clock, then through the table. I am so not a morning person. I don't even know when someone sneaked this clock into my room, they must've been pretty sly for me not to notice.

I sat up and saw Shani sound asleep on her makeshift bed on the floor. Jake was staying with Max (as much as Max protested) and Rosali wouldn't leave us alone. She had this thing about 'grown ups'.

"Aine! Are you getting up?!" 

"Why mum?"

"I'm not having my children miss anymore school! Get your butt down here in five minutes for breakfast or go hungry!" 

Sighing, I pushed myself away from the comfort of my bed and picked out some jeans and a tank top from my wardrobe. 

I then proceeded to wake up Shani.

"Hey Shani...." I whispered. I then nudged her, still no reply.

"SHANI!" I screamed into her left ear, causing her to jump and land butt first on the floor.

I burst out laughing and she threw a cushion at my head. 

"Why did you wake me up?" She moaned.

"We got school, now c'mon. Breakfast time." 

I didn't have to say the 'b' word twice since Shani got up quick as a flash after I mentioned the best meal of the day. 

We both trudged down the stairs a few minutes later, I could smell bacon and my mouth started watering.

Infront of us were the crispiest bacon i've ever seen, with pancakes at the side all dribbled in maple sirup. Absolute heaven. 

I piled the food onto my plate but just as I was about to get stuck in, Rosali came and stole my food. I started chasing her around the kitchen when a pissed off looking Max and my mum walked in.

"Don't chase Rosali, Aine. Get your own food."

"Bu-"

"No buts!" She turned to Shani, "honey you don't have to go to school today if you don't want to, it's okay." 

"No it's fine Mrs Machlearn.." Shani was obviously trying to act as if everything was normal. Later I would have to take her to see her mum, hopefully she would of woken up.

Jake walked in at that moment so we stopped talking about... that. Shani is strong and so is he, but really we want him to be able to be a kid. This is going to be hard. 

I realised we were left with only twenty minutes to get to school so, unwillingly, I abandoned breakfast and ran to get stuff for Shani and I. 

I flipped Max off when he smirked while eating what used to be my pancakes.
