Guys, been thinking a lot about life and what it could mean. But, if you only had a year left to live, what would you do? I've never really thought of this before, but we could die in eighty years or tomorrow. Live every day like it's your last 'cos you never know what  you have until you lose it.

Waking up, I realised we didn't leave the cinema last night. Well, apart from Kierin who appeared to be gone.

I sat for a few minutes, trying to think if there was something important I was forgetting.

What day is it again? Tuesday or something? I don't remember. But it's probably a school day.

SCHOOL!

"Guys wake up! We're gonna be late for school!"

I punched them a few times hoping it would help, but it seems if you punch a sleeping wolf they punch you back with twice the force.

"What was that for?!" Jas looked at me with an 'are you serious' look as I rubbed my arm.

"Don't blame me, you punched first."

"Argh just get up already. School!"

Jas' eyes grew wide with realization before she got up and started helping me wake up the others.

Thankfully Caelan gave Shani and I a lift back to my house, not that it could really stop us from being too late. But hey, every little helps.

My mum had a face of thunder when we walked in and I sprinted up the stairs to avoid the storm. Getting scolded wouldn't get me to school any quicker.

I grabbed the first set of clothes I could see, a plain tee and patterned jeans, Shani also rummagin through some of the clothes she had here.

I had no time to fix up my face properly, so a quick layer of bb cream and eyeliner had to do. I grabbed my bag, again doing my bad habit of not bothering to check what was inside, and dragged Shani out the door.

We ran out again and sprinted to school. The gates had shut so we had to find another way in.

We could've just gotten a teacher to come and let us in, but hey maybe we could get away with being late.

We came to the fence by the sports field and climbed over. No one was in sight, the coast was clear.

Just as we rounded the corner in the main building that lead to first lesson I heard someone clear their throat and tap their foot from behind us.

We slowly spun around on our heels to see Mr Bowman, my science teacher.

Who exactly are you talking to?

Not now you stupid canine.

Whatever.

"Mr Bowman..."

"Don't even try that on me missy." I bowed my head towards the floor, averting looking into his eyes.

"But, since I know you guys aren't trouble makers, I will let you off this once."

"Score! Thanks Si-"

"Ah-ah. Not so easy I'm afraid. I will let you off aslong as you clean out the science labs after school. I can't let you get away with this, but I won't report you to anyone."

What are we, only ten minutes late?

I looked down at my watch.

12.36.
