CHAPTER 9

Hi! I'm back!

HAWAK kamay na naglalakad si Fall kasama si Forest habang papunta sa function hall. 

"Don't worry witch, we can trust them." Forest just leaned her head in his shoulder. Of course he trust Fall alam naman niyang hindi siya papabayaa ng huli. 

Fall opened the big door which will lead them to the function hall, Forest on her side tightened the grip of their hands. Para mapanatag ay kinuha ni Fall ang magkahugpong kamay nila at hinalikan iyon. Forest look up on him and smile. 

Iyon din ang naabutan ng mga kaibigan ni Fall at laglag panga silang nakatingin sa batong kaibigan nila. 

Their friend Fall, not even in their years of friendship smile like that or even be affectionate to the opposite sex. 

"Sht man! He did not only smile, he freaking kissed that girl's knuckles!" 

"Jusmiyo! Magpapamisa ako!" 

"He is indeed married.... and smitten!" 

Kanya-kanya sila ng reaksyon at maging si Owen ay napatawa nalang. Alam niyang kasal na si Fall pero hindi niya nakita na magkasama ang dalawa o kaya maging ganito sa isa't-isa. 

They head towards to the three guys who are grinning like idiots and Fall just shook his head. Parang nagsisisi ang lalaki na dinala ang asawa dito at ipakilala. 

"Hi Mrs. Yu, I am Owen Livingston." Nakangiting pakilala ng lalaking may bughaw na mga mata. She smiled at aabutin sana ang nakalahad na palad nito ng biglang si Fall ang humawak dito. 

"Nope." Fall said in a low voice earning snickers from the three men. 

"Whipped sht." 

"Arte."

"Kill joy." 

"Nice to meet you, Mrs. Yu. I am Jacob Ross." 

"I'm Wesley David, nice to meet you!" 

Forest smiled, Fall's friend is like him "stunningly gorgeous", according to Jamie, who was fangirling to these people earlier and is so eager to meet them. 

"I'm Forest Anny, nice to meet you." 

"You're so cute sister-in-law! Pa hug!" Owen being Owen grab Forest and bear hug her. Biglang natuod si Forest sa bilis ng pangyayari at nagsisimulang ma tense ang katawan niya buti nalang ay nahablot agad ni Fall si Owen.

"Owen! What the fvck! I told you my wife is so sensitive!" Na shock naman ang tatlo sa biglang burst out ni Fall. 

Forest hold his hand and told him that she's okay but Fall's mood already drop and just wanted to send Forest to her room so that she can rest. Gusto sanang magpaumanhin ni Forest sa ugaling ipinakita ni Fall sa mga kaibigan nito kaya lang ay nahila na siya ng lalaki. She smiled apologetically to the three men hanggang sa nawala na sila sa pananaw niya. 

Na sa tapat na sila ng room ni Forest ng biglang magsalita si Fall. "I'm sorry about earlier witch, I just couldn't bear seeing you in shock when someone abruptly holds you like what Owen did to you earlier. You looked so pale baby." Hinawakan nito ang mukha ni Forest.

"I know dragon but you need to say sorry hindi naman nila alam eh. At least mag explain ka. You don't need to shout okay? Don't worry too much, I'm okay." Pagpapanatag niya sa loob ni Fall at tumango naman ang huli. 

"Lock the door witch, I'll just use the key card to enter here. I'll just talk to them." Tumango si Forest at akmang tatalikod na ng bigla itong pinigilan ni Fall.
