Harmony

I woke up early the next day, thanks to Chanel's barking. I glanced at my phone on my nightstand. I had 3 missed calls from Tiffany and 2 from Arabella. I'm already knowing they want to hear about my date. I was so tired afterwards, I went to bed without showering and without taking off my makeup. I groaned as I say up on my king-sized bed. I got up and walked over to my vanity and wiped off my makeup and taking off my accessories. My doorbell rang. I grabbed my robe and headed downstairs to the door. I opened it and saw a delivery man.

"Ms. Daniels?" he asked.

I yawned while nodding.

"Sign here." He handed me his clipboard. I signed as he headed me a bouquet of flowers. Pink and white tulips to be exact.

I gasped. "Thank you." I said, exchanging his clipboard for the flowers. I turned and walked back into the house. I sat them down on a table near the door and seen a card.

I had an amazing time last night. Until I see you again, beautiful.

-Aubrey

I smiled to myself. How sweet can he be? I went to the kitchen to run water into the vase and sat them near the door. Then I walked back upstairs. Just then, my phone made a noise, indicating somebody texted me. I picked up my phone and it was my little sister, Lauren.

Lauren: Hey Harmony.

Harmony: Hey baby girl, what's up?

Lauren: Nothing much. You didn't tell me you met Drake.

I furrowed my eyebrows.

Harmony: We met like a week ago. How'd you know I met him?

Lauren: You're the headlining story on TMZ.com

I gasped and went to the website on my phone. Sure enough, there I was. Holding hands with Drake as he led me out the restaurant and into the car. I had seen the paparazzi but I didn't know the pictures would be out so soon. The headline being "Drake's New Girl?"

I laid down on my bed and groaned into my pillow. My phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Wow, you sound beat." He laughed in my ear.

"Aubrey, I'm sorry. I just-" I started.

"It's alright. I know how you feel. I kind of have a mini hangover as well." He laughed again.

I took a deep breath. "How's your morning been going?" I asked, trying to start a conversation.

"Well, besides the fact after I left you, I came straight to the studio and I been here all night. It's been going great." He joked. "The important question is how's your morning been?"

"Amazing." I said. "Thank you so much for the flowers. They're so beautiful."

"Beautiful flowers for a beautiful woman."

I felt myself blushing. I decided not to bring up the TMZ thing. "Thanks. Are you busy tonight? I was going to just stay in and watch movies, if you wanna join." I said, regretting it right afterwards. Why would he wanna stay in for a movie?

"Sure, I'd love to." He answered. "Do you know how long it's been since I just sat, chilled and watched a movie?"

"Oh that's wonderful. You might wanna come in sweats or something. You know, to be comfortable." I smiled.

He chuckled. "I see. But yeah, I'll wear sweats. What time should I come by?"

"9 is good. That way, it'll be dark and we can see it better." I hit my forehead, feeling like a totally nerd. Why am I explaining why it needs to be dark during a movie?
