So here I am. Walking through the doors of Fallwood High for the very first time. That sounds so cringy...omg I'm shaking so bad.

All I can think about is what Mum said in the car. 'It will all work out OK...' hmm. My first class is Art. Great, I thought, at least I can't embarrass myself! As I walked in, I could feel everyone's eyes on me. It's like I've killed someone or something.

"Can I help you?" The teacher asked. "Erm, I've just transferred here. My names Aria Carpenter, my timetable said I should be here..." I say, timidly, my voice shaking slightly. The other students eyes stayed glued to me as I walked over to Miss' desk to show her my timetable.

"Ah yes, the headteacher informed me this morning that I would have a new student. Well then," She looked around the class and eventually pointed to a spare seat next to a smiling girl, "Why don't you take a seat next to Eva, she'll explain what we are doing and will help keep you on track. Is that ok Eva?"

"Of course miss," She turned to face me "I know what you must be thinking, you can hang out with me and my friends if you want?"

"I'd love to, thanks"

For the rest of that class, I just sat there smiling. Hoping her friends were as nice as her. Miss Dawn (I think she's called) handed me a new sketchbook and a sheet with the criteria on it. We had to create a title page on an illustrator, which was quite fun to be fair.

As class was coming to an end, I collected my new art book, and school bag and started to head out of the door. As I reached the door, I could feel a hand tapping me on the shoulder. I spun around to see this cute boy standing there looking kinda awkward.

"Hey, I'm Evan." He smiled at me so I felt slightly more reassured that he wasn't trying to trick me or something "I'm Aria, nice to meet you." I monotoned. We then just stood there awkwardly, not really knowing what to say. Then Evan burst out saying "Do you want to be friends or something?"

Oh, I thought, I was sure he was going to say something else. "Er, sure. I could use some friends right now." He started to laugh slightly "Oh god, sorry that came out all wrong- I didn't mean it like that" I'm sure I was turning bright red at this point as I tried to recollect myself.

"It's fine, honestly. See you round Aria." He managed to say between laughs. He then walked out the door and I shortly followed. Eva was standing outside, waiting patiently for me, with some other girls. "Hey Aria, were you just talking to Evan? He is way out of your league. Like, he's so annoying and can be an idiot. I'll grant you he's cute though!" I started laughing then "He's not that bad! He seems really nice and wanted to be friends..."

"Fair enough, anyway this is Kitty, Madison and Izzy. Girls this is Aria, she's new here."

"Hi guys..." I whisper, sheepishly.

"Hey, I hope you feel like you can trust  us and we can be bestiesss!!" Kitty burst out saying. I couldn't resist the smile that spread across my face as I begin to laugh. These girls, who I had only just met, wanted to be friends with ME....maybe things will be ok after all.

A few seconds later, the bell rang and apparently we all have PE together. Throughout PE, all we did was talk and get to know each other, whilst working out in the fitness suite: Eva is a dragon obsessor and loves writing stories. She is kind and considerate and has everyone's backs.

Kitty is dragon obsessed -like Eva- and was trustworthy and likes to meow like a cat the majority of the time. She's a bubbly and friendly person who never seems to be involved in any sorts of drama.

Madison is a fangirl, she is obsessed with imagines and Hrvy, Loren, the Ziegler sisters and Lisa and Lena. She's very lazy the majority of the time but is really nice and supportive when she wants to be.

And finally there's Izzy, she is very arty and intelligent. She seems good at making the others laugh as hers is extremely contagious. She joined a year ago apparently.

"Sooo, about Evan..." all the girls laughed and I felt instantly at home. Whatever home is. I can't exactly say I've ever felt like this, though, they don't really need to know that. Yet.
