40 minutes later, Science was over. I raced out of the door to try and catch Nate before he left. "Hey Nate, wait up!" I shouted, hoping he could hear me. He did. "Aria right? You're the new girl and friends with the weird girls right?" I instantly regret talking to him.
"I'm not that new, well I joined at the beginning of last week and I love the girls. So don't you dare call them or me weird again. Thank you!" I tried to even my tone out, failing.
"Oh sorry." Nate said, bluntly.
"Whatever. I just needed to tell you that Evan wants to talk to you in the music room now." I need to inform Evan of my plan.
"Erm, ok."
"Great thanks!"
Well that's one down. Now to find Eva.
I walked down the corridor for a minute trying to see if I could find anyone. Eventually I spotted Izzy and walked over to her, she normally knows where everyone is. "Hey Izzy, have you seen Eva anywhere? I really need to talk to her." Izzy was sat on a bench doing what looked like French homework...which is due next period. Not like Izzy to leave homework 10 minutes before it's due...
"I saw her going to the locker room."
"Ok thanks. You coming?"
"I'll be there in a sec, I'm just going to finish this sheet."
"Alright. See you later then."
Izzy waved at me then got engrossed back into her homework. Meanwhile, I raced off to the locker room to try and catch Mia, but before I could. It appears I have an obstacle.
"WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING? HOW COULD YOU?!" I screamed.
It appears I have just walked in on Hannah -you guys remember her right?- trying to kiss MY boyfriend!
"Aria, I didn't let her....she just came up to me and won't leave me alone." Evan looked flustered as he tried to release himself from Hannah's grasp.
"Oh hey babes, thought I'd check out this boyfriend of yours...he's well fit! I told you to watch your back hun." She smirked at me and sashayed out of the door. I couldn't breathe. I wanted the world to swallow me up. I need to get out of here. Now.
A few seconds later, Eva and Kitty came racing out of the locker room, I think they must have heard all of shouting. They grabbed my arm and pulled me outside. The cold air hit my skin like an ice sheet, but it was refreshing and helped me calm down. They didn't say anything all they did was pull me into a hug and didn't let go. I burst out into tears but I didn't try and stop them. I've never felt this low before and I don't care what anyone else thinks.
By the time I'd finally pulled myself together and calmed down, I pulled away and looked Eva in the eye....shit, the plan... "Omg Eva, Madison needs to talk to you in the music room. I completely forgot....GO GO."
"Wait what? Are you sure you're ok...I won't go anywhere."
"No I'm fine. Please go."
I wasn't going to let my drama mess up my plan for Eva and Nate to finally talk. I turned around to go back inside, but instead saw that Evan was standing in the way. "Please move, it's cold out here and I want to go in." My voice was as cold as the air, and my face was neutral.
"No Aria, not until we talk."
"There's nothing to talk about, it wasn't your fault. Hannah told me she would do something like this. But coming to Fallwood and trying to kiss my boyfriend....that's low."
"So you're not angry with me."
"No."
Evan grabbed my arm and slowly pulled me towards him. He slowly tilted his head and kissed my lips, softly at first and then more passionately. It was heaven, don't tell anyone! I pulled away and a smile drew itself on my face. I hugged him then went inside.
I pulled my phone out of my pocket and checked the time 1:30. Class started 15 minutes ago and I have PE so I don't know if I have enough time to get changed. Within the few seconds I stood in the hallway, I remembered I have one more task to do before the end of the day!
I headed off to the locker room as I was hoping to catch Madison there. Instead I saw something unseeable instead of Madison...
"Lily....what are you doing?"
