Brent POV
"Where are we going?" Without looking at me, she answers, "We're going to see Jerry." We get in the car and head to Jerry 's office.
"Why are we going back? Why don't we just report it to the police?" She looks at me with an arch eyebrow, "Who said I didn't tell the police?"
The rest of the car ride was silent. We get to the building and we head straight up to Jerry's office. We walk in and see Jerry and his assistant. Faye looks at the woman and nods her head towards the door, "I would like to talk to your boss alone, please." The woman rushes out and closes the door.
Faye glares at Jerry and he gives her a nervous look. She walks up to him and leans over his desk, "I want you to give me one good reason, why I shouldn't staple your damn forehead?" He tries to walk around his desk, but she stops him by pointing at his chair, "Sit down." She says through her gritted teeth.
This is a side of Faye I haven't seen. I haven't seen her threaten anybody or made some sweat like Jerry is right now. "W-w-what are you talking about?!" She drops her head and sighs, "Cut the bullshit. I'm doing this without having someone beat you up a little. I was going to bring Jackson along, but I changed my mind."
Jerry looks at me and I sigh. Faye looks back up at Jerry, "What the fuck was going through your mind?! You're going around harassing these women! That's why they all quit!" He stands up quickly, "I didn't do anything to those women! They're lying!"
Faye bangs on the desk, "They're lying?! They're lying?! Why the fuck do I have a bag full of envelopes with your name on it?! You're sending them money to make sure they stay quiet! You're sending people to watch them! I have a fucking video with all the women you harassed telling their stories!"
He pushes the desk and it hits Faye. Faye falters back and I catch her with her back against my front. I wrap my arm around her stomach and glare at Jerry, I quickly grab him by his tie. I pull him to his desk and quickly grab the stapler. I staple his tie to the desk and he screams, "W-what are you doing?! I did nothing wrong?!"
Faye is in between me and the desk, "You push your desk and made my boss almost fall. I don't respect those who hurt my boss." I step back and Faye sits on the desk and puts one leg over the other and look at Jerry who is now stapled to the desk.
"What was going through your damn head? Call you're assistant up here." He does as she says and reaches for his phone. I lean against the desk on the other side of Jerry and look down at him, "Amy, can you please come back up here?" Seconds later the assistant walks through the door.
She looks at the scene in front of her with wide eyes, "What's going on here?" Faye looks at her, "I'm not in the mood for another lie, so you're going to answer this truthfully. Have this man been harassing you?" Faye pokes Jerry on his temple.
The woman looks at me and then back at Jerry, "Yes, he has. He's been doing so for two weeks now." Faye puts one of her legs over the other and hands the woman a sticky note and a pen, "Write your name up here and quit this job. Come by my building three days from now."
She takes the paper and the pen and write her name down on the paper. "The police will be here soon. Jerry, you're fired and I will make sure no other company will hire you. I need to put a note here. Guess what it says. It says that the confession video is on your computer."
She hops off the desk, "You're most likely going to jail, but since you have money, you'll just get let off easy. I hope you have a nice and horrible life." We walk out and a man bumps into Faye as we're walking down the hall.
He drops his papers, "I'm so sorry, I'm in rush and I didn't see you there!" I help him pick them up, "How old are you?" The man looks at Faye with a nervous look, "I'm twenty-nine, ma'am." She arches her eyebrow, "What do you do here and how long have you been here?"
