Alex's P.O.V.

The loud ringing sound signifying the end of our boring physics lesson and also the end of school was a wake-up call. Literally. It was bad enough having a physics lesson, but a physics lesson in the last period?

Hell no.... a perfect recipe for SLEEP.

I sighed picking up my books and then walked out of class deep in thought, promptly bumping into Liz and Ash.

'Oops! Sorry.. and Heyyyyy guys!!! ' I said, smiling sheepishly.

'What were you thinking about? ' Liz asks me smirking.

She looks at Ash who also smirks and then back at me waiting for an answer.What was going on here?

'Ummm nothing... ' I trailed off not wanting to share that I was still replaying the kiss in my head.

'Yeah right... Keep thinking about "nothing" and you'll end up tripping again. " she snorted as Ash snickers.

I glared at them.'Hey! Tripping is a talent. You're just jealous, ' I defended myself.It's not my fault that I always trip and fall.

Those two idiots just laughed harder until Ash remembered 'Oh yeah... Diana's coming over to my place today. So she asked you to catch a ride with Jay and grow up. '

'What the hell does she mean? ' I asked furiously. Seriously, I am grown up!  I'm 17! Ughh..

' You have to find Jay, and go home with him in his car. ' Ash stupidly said and then smirked.

' No, you dodo!  I meant, what the hell does she mean by grow up? ' I growled.

Liz was laughing so hard by now, I think she has a death wish.

'Just go with him Alex... anyway Diana is coming hooommmeeeee!!! '

He sang like a 3 year old.

I rolled my eyes and wondered what it would be like sitting in such a small place with Jay after that amazing kiss.

'Earth to Alex! You are in full supply of Earthly oxygen now! '

Liz jokingly said as she snapped her fingers in front of my face, bringing me out of my dazed self.

'Ooops, sorry... I spaced out... ' I said. 'Wait... where's Ash? ' I asked distractedly.

Liz face-palmed herself and said 'Babe... Ashton left 5 minutes ago... for basketball practice... When you were dreaming about the kiss.. Jay and the awkward ride home... '

'Ooh.. Well it is going to be awkw-' I trailed off and realized 'Wait, how did you know I was thinking about that? Cause I sure as hell didn't tell you! '

She smirked and said 'I'm literally your sister Alex, I can tell.. Now come on, we've got an hour till Jay's basketball practice ends and we are going to do some singing. ' she said dragging me down the hallway.

For the first time in forever............

Liz ended it hitting the last note of Anna's part from Frozen, For the first time in forever, as I grinned.

I'd finally got Elsa's part down pat.

She patted the empty seat next to her telling me to sit there as she drank some water. 'We finally finished the song.. huh? ' she asked smiling.

I laughed and nodded. She then looked at me in all seriousness and said 'I think you should tell Diana... You've kept it from her for way too long.. She's your best friend, Alex.. '

I opened my mouth only to find nothing to say. I sighed and finally said 'Yeah.. You're right, Lizzy... but how on earth do I tell her that I've been crushing on her twin for the past 8 years? And don't say I could always tell her on Mars... ' I found myself saying. Where on earth do I come up with these things?

She just smiled and said 'You'll do the right thing Alex... Now come on, practise ended like 10 minutes ago. Let's go find Jay and you can leave with him while I find that idiot of a Marcus and get him to drop me off.. '

' What's up with you and Marcus anyway? ' I asked curiously.

' Weeeeeelllll... nothing.We live close to each other and so he's my transportation for a while. ' she said, obviously lying.

I narrowed my eyes at her and said  'Elizabeth Anne Johnston, are you going to tell me now or not? ' now let me tell you that I can actually be very scary. This bubbly,cute singer is also temperamental.

'Well.,if you talk to Jay about what happened at Ashton's party , I'll tell

you.. 'she slyly said.

'Ughhh.. You're soooo evil... Fine. ' I found myself agreeing. Besides Liz could be very persuasive.

'You're finally here! ' Marcus squealed in a very weird falsetto as Liz and I walked towards him and Jay.

Jay just rolled his eyes and hit Marcus on the shoulder. As we came closer I rolled my eyes and said 'Oh. no... We're not here.. You're just high and hallucinating. '

'Is that so, Alexandra? ' he asked, quirking up an eyebrow.

I, (Yes you guessed it right)  rolled my eyes again.

Liz hit him on the back of his head and said ' Come on Marc, we've got to go now!!!! I have TONNES of homework. '

'Later Gator... ' Marcus winked and said as he left with Liz who was ranting about something.

I awkwardly turned to Jay. 'Uhhhmmmm... Sooooooooooooooooo... you wanna leave? ' I stupidly asked.

'Lexi.. chillax.. it's just me.. you don't have to get all embarrassed.. ' he smiled and said.

I cursed the fact that he knew I drawled and stretched syllables only when I was embarrassed or nervous.
