chapter 25

.„You hungry?"
You then asked him and got up to go to the kitchen.
„Actually no. But I guess I'm going home. My mom is probably wondering why I wasn't home last night."
Shawn replied and walked up to you.
„Oh okay." you then spoke and tried to hide your disappointment.

„Y/n? Thanks for letting me stay over, I had fun last night."
You started to smile when he just said your name and eventually agreed right away.

„Alright then, see you? I'll text you later." Shawn smiled and grabbed his jacket after he'd put on his shoes. „Sure." you smiled and opened the door for him.
Before he left he pulled you into a tight hug which made you all mushy. His hugs were toxic.
„Bye honey." he smiled and walked towards his car.
„Bye!" you waved before closing the door, all smiling.

„Hey there you are. Tell me, how was it?"
Jenna scared the crap out of you when she suddenly showed up behind you.
„Jesus Jenna!"
You held your chest and then started to tell her what Shawn and you did the day before.

„It was cool. We ate pizza and while watching some shows we just drifted off on the couch."
Jenna started to grin and made herself some coffee.

„You know Dave right? It was such a nice dinner! He acted like a gentleman and he complimented me all the time. And god he's so attractive! Anyway... I'll meet him again, on Tuesday. Maybe you wanna go over to Shawns?"
You were happy for her and continued discussing Dave for a bit.
Then you decided you really should take a shower.

„Sounds awesome. Maybe I'll get to meet him someday. But now I really need to take a shower, I smell like shit."
Your aunt started to laugh and you slowly walked upstairs to your room to grab some fresh clothes.
In the shower your thoughts were all over the place.
You really liked Shawn but obviously you weren't sure what he was thinking. Even if you wanted to tell him, you were way to shy and awkward.
The hot water was comforting and you relaxed after a little while and stopped thinking about it all.

After you were done washing your body and hair, you dried yourself off and put on some clothes. You threw yourself onto your bed and grabbed your phone to entertain yourself a bit.
You opened your Spotify app and clicked shuffle on your favorite playlist.

The soft music and all the soft comfortable pillows on your bed made you sleepy again and it didn't take too long for you to fall asleep again.
