You looked up when you heard someone coming up the stairs. Through the darkness you didn't recognize much, just a tall dark figure. But logically, it was Shawn, who had just gone to get the muffins and sausages. "Here we go." Shawn laughed, then put the muffins on the second bench next to you and finally dropped back down next to you.

"So...you two are okay?" he asked in wonder, since you two hadn't talked much. "Yeah we're fine." you replied and started to smile as Shawn put his arm around you. He smiled at you too and looked deep into you eyes until Luke suddenly cleared his throat loudly and said:"That's gross guys. Make out when you're alone okay?"
You all started laughing and Shawn pulled his arm back. You got serious for a second, but then laughed again so as not to make it too obvious that you had feelings for him.

So he sent you a grin, grabbed a muffin, and tossed it to Luke since he had just asked for one. Luke caught it expertly, quickly removed the paper and took a big bite. While still chewing, he began to grin slightly and said with his mouth full:"I didn't know you could bake Mendes." Shawn started laughing and casually replied, "Me neither. Y/n helped me." As he said this he put his flat hand on your left leg and you inconspicuously looked at his tattoos, which you never got a good look at until now. They were just incredibly beautiful and matched Shawn amazingly well. You hadn't figured out the meaning of the swallow yet, but you still thought it was beautiful.

"Hey Dylan!" shouted Shawn all of a sudden, causing you to wince. He then jumped up, ran through the darkness and walked towards a dark figure.
„Shawn it's been a while!" Now Shawn hugged this Dylan and shortly after the two of them came back to the fire. "Dylan that's y/n. She's my best girl-friend" Dylan started to grin, then looked at you and said:"Hey Y/n nice to meet Shawn's girlfriend. That has never happened before."
Shawn punched him in the shoulder and gave him a dangerous look until you all started laughing and the guys sat back down. Shawn sat so close to you this time that his leg was touching you leg so hard, and oddly enough, it warmed you up. You smiled at him, then looked at Dylan, who was also grabbing a muffin and meanwhile talked to Luke for a bit.

„Do you wanna help me get some drinks?" Shawn murmured in your ear and you just nodded absently. "Guys we're just getting some drinks. We'll be right back." He then informed the others and got up. "Sure... Getting drinks." Luke rolled his eyes and had a big grin on his face.

"They're just making out, let's bet." You then heard Luke say to Dylan as the two of you walked down the stairs. It was completely dark, which is why you stumbled badly and totally slammed into Shawn's back, as he was luckily right in front of you. "You okay?" he started laughing and stopped to turn around to you. You stood up straight, cleared your throat loudly and confidently replied, "I'm perfectly fine. I don't know what you're talking about." In the middle of the last sentence, you started to grin, messing with him. "Good but be careful. I don't want you to get hurt."
