Rose's POV.

Work was tiring. My head was pounding from the coffee fumes and my mouth was hurting from smiling. After serving a few more customers, my shift was over. I took off my apron and shouted a quick 'bye' to Lucy before sprinting out of the door. I had a huge smile on my face. I had missed seeing the cherry blossom trees, so I decided to take a walk through the park, hoping the view would calm me. Little kids were playing on the swing sets and couples were laying on the fresh grass, giggling as they expressed their love. I smiled a fond smile thinking about how happy they must be.

I strolled through the park, admiring the perfect, pink petals falling from the trees. I pulled out my camera and started to take some pictures. The sun was setting in the background, making the photos even prettier. "You like the petals then huh?" Said a deep, unknown voice. I turned around to see a tall, dark-haired, handsome man standing behind me. He wore black ripped jeans, a beanie and a black and white striped shirt. He was holding a camera too, a model similar to mine. "Yeah" I smiled. "They've been my favourite thing to look at ever since I was little" He walked towards me with a calm look, snapping a picture of the petals as he went. "They're my favourite too. I'm Yuta by the way" He said, a wide grin covering his face. His smile was contagious so I began to smile too. "I'm Rose," I said, taking a picture of him next to the petals. "You should really be a model" I exclaimed, not thinking about what I had just said. A slight tint rose to his cheeks "Thank you Rose"

Yuta and I took photos for hours. I laughed as he started to strike a pose, pouting his lips and resting his hands on his hips. I had never really laughed this much. I could tell me and Yuta was going to be great friends. 

I hadn't heard from Jaehyun all day. I sighed, knowing that he was probably just busy. I had almost forgotten that I was meeting him for coffee tomorrow. After more laughing and some conversation, Yuta and I exchanged numbers and parted ways. I got home and snuggled into my duvet. Things were really looking up for me.

I laughed at what he had called himself.

The cherry blossom dude:
It was nice to meet you Rose.
I had fun.

Rose:
You too Yuta!
I had fun too.

The cherry blossom dude:
It's late. You should get some
beauty sleep. Sleep well 🌹❤️

Rose:
Okay! Goodnight Yuta :)

I closed my eyes and tried to sleep, but I couldn't stop worrying about meeting Jaehyun tomorrow. After half an hour of overthinking, I finally managed to doze off into a nice, peaceful sleep.
