I didn't know if this needed a trigger warning or not, but it's better to be safe than sorry🤷🏻‍♀️

Rose's POV.
It had been a week since Jaehyun had asked me to be his girlfriend. I still got butterflies just thinking about it. Whenever he was free he would always try and make time for me. We called every night and texted every day. He truly was perfect.
I groaned as the cold air hit my face. Tightening my scarf around my neck and snuggling into my coat, I headed off to the cafe. Unlike usual, the sky was a gloomy grey. The streets were almost empty and the trees howled and blew crazily. As I sighed a cloud of mist escaped from my mouth, showing how cold it was.
I entered the cafe to see a smiling Lucy looking at me. She grabbed my arm and pulled me into the back room. "WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO TELL ME YOU'VE GOT A BOYFRIEND" She screamed, causing me to cover my ears. Mentally preparing myself for the wrath that is Lucy, I rolled my eyes and began to explain. 'This was going to be a long shift'
I had been working for around 2 hours. My throat was dry from talking to Lucy about Jaehyun and my nose hurt from the overly strong smell of coffee. She quietly sat there listening, her hand resting on her chin and her eyes widening whenever I mentioned something cute. Her long blonde hair was pulled into a messy ponytail and her dark brown eyes were heavy with makeup. For her, this was the first time she had seen me smile so wide. Jaehyun had that effect on me. He made me forget about all my worries and made my heart flutter. All I wanted was to be smothered in his hugs and kisses. He made me feel something I've never felt before. True love.

A while later my shift had finished. I took my hair out of my ponytail and went into the back room to get changed. I quickly checked my phone and saw that Jaehyun had left me a message.

I'm on my way to pick you up.
We can go get dinner after if you want? Or just cuddle and watch a movie. Cya soon❤️

The butterflies that I had become so used to over this past week flew around my stomach. I typed a reply and walked into the changing area.
Footsteps echoed around the room as someone entered. It didn't sound like Lucy but I shrugged it off and continued getting changed. As I pulled on my sweater, the door flew open to reveal a mad looking Yuta. He had a strange look in his eye. A look I had never seen before. His lips were pulled into a thin line and his eyes were narrow and emotionless. Suddenly, he pushed me against the wall and began to breathe down my neck. "You left me just like everyone else did. Why don't you like me huh? Am I not good enough?" A lump formed in my throat. I was speechless. My heart was racing from fear and my body was frozen. His mean eyes pierced through me. Before I could mumble an answer, his lips forcefully pressed themselves against mine. I tried to push him away but his grip on me was too strong. His hands wandered up my sides as I struggled to get out of his grip. My body had gone limp and tears were streaming down my face. My heart was hurting. Yet again I had been betrayed by someone I cared about.
