(Y/n) opened her eyes and looked around her. She was in the same environment as the dream she previously had.

She looked down to see she was in a blue and yellow dress. The table in front of her held a pumpkin with all of its innards out on the table, along with a colorful liquid surrounding the pumpkin.

"You good man?"

She turned her head to see a familiar face, the man who presumably looked like Darkiplier, but showed no other traits besides looks. He had a patch of his hair dyed red, along with wearing a lederhosen.

"Uh— yeah, just— day dreaming." A masculine voice escaped her throat.

"Sick, if you're done thinking about martinis on the beach, I could use some help cleaning this up."

"What do you want me to do?" She found herself saying.

The red-haired man began to shake open a garbage bag, walking to the other side of the table. "Push the pumpkins in here."

She leaned over the table and pushed in one pumpkin than another. It was confusing to her, with everything going on. The costumes? The hair? The pumpkins?

"Seriously dude, you're freaking me out a bit.." The look-alike laughed nervously. "You sure you're okay?"

"I'm just, confused is all."

"Welp, what are you confused about? Maybe I can help. Is it girl problems? Work problems? Problems-problems?"

She sat up and held her arm. "I'm not sure I belong here."

"Not sure you belong— what? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard."

"No — like — This time, I'm not familiar with this time. Where I'm at, what I'm doing. What we're doing, what were we doing?"

The red-head shot him a confused look, "We.. carved pumpkins? Dude, you need to take it easy on the beer, I mean I knew you had a few before we started but— wow."

"No, no, no — It's not that. It's not that at all. I'm sorry, I'm not making much sense."

The look-alike paused, smiled, and walked over to him, placing a hand on his shoulder. "You know, you're one of my oldest friends. Probably my dearest friend too."

"Really?"

"Absolutely, and you know what I think?"

"What?"

"I think you belong right here, in this time, doing dumb shit with me."

"Are you sure?"

"Of course I'm sure! Or my name isn't Markiplier!"

The world around her began to crumble away disappearing into darkness. It was catching up to her little by little.

"Markiplier?" She repeated. "Markiplier...Darkiplier...but you're not Dark." She stared at Mark as he stared back in silence. " then who are you?"

"..and I will see you, in the next video... bu-bye!"

"What?"

(Y/n)'s eyes opened slowly to see the wall of her room. She sat up holding the blankets close to herself with memories of last night flowing through her mind. If she wasn't herself, who was she? Who was Markiplier? Where were they at?

She was wide awake at this point and began her usual activity of cleaning the library almost instantly. She walked through the hall with the morning sun peeking through, although this time she was greeted at the door with a box.
