Draco's point of view 

(Draco's  dialogue will  be in italics while hermoine's will be normal)

I sat in the dorm's common room with hermoine beside me. We both were reading a book (sharing the same book with her was exciting for me as I knew she really forgave me ). It's been 2 weeks since my apology .we (hermoine, me, Blaise, Theo, Harry, Ron) usually spent free time together and became good friends .I and hermoine did our night patrols and after that we sat in the common room reading some muggle books recommended by her. Currently we were reading 'merchant Of Venice 'or something similar.

"so it actually was Portia as a lawyer?"

"yes"

"and Antonio didn't know the whole time? "
"Clearly"

" well clearly Portia was smarter among the two as she disguised herself without Magic"

"aren't girls always smarter ones? "she teased.

"no boys are smarter but you see we don't show off like Girls "

"I don't think so .well it doesn't matter, I am smarter than you"she smirked and started laughing soon after.

I stood up suddenly said "now that's rude Granger "I mocked being offended.

"what can you do it's the truth "

"oh really?? "

"oh yeah "she stood up and started running around the room.
I started chasing her and soon got a hold of her.

"Granger, are you ticklish? "

"no I'm not.... I don't feel a thing when someone tries to tickle me"clearly lying.
I held her hands with my one hand and started tickling her with the other.

"Draco.... Stop... Please..... I can't... Breath... I'm sorry... Please ....don't.....tickke ..... Me.... "  said in between her laughs.

"OK. Be careful next time 'Miss I'm smarter than you '"I smirked and left her. As soon as I left her she started crying .

"I'm sorry hermoine. I didn't know that you will mind. I'm sorry. I thought that you forgave me. How silly... "I was interrupted between

"no Draco it's not that. I forgave you with all my heart .it's just that me father used to tickle me like that. I miss them too much after obl.... "she stopped talking when she realized what she was speaking.

"what is it hermoine? You can talk to me if you want to. It's not that I'm forcing you but if you don't then I won't mind "

She took long breathes  clearly hesitated but then started "I oblivated my parents before the war to keep them safe and sent them to Australia. After the war I went in their search and finally found them but they had already started a new life. They had adopted a girl and Co- incidentally named her hermoine. I didn't want to spoil their family so I left without another word and have been living at the burrow. "she sighed.

"I know you hate me now.. But I had no choice.. Voldemort kept killing muggles. I was worried about my family .i understand if you don't want to be friends with a bad person like me. I won't mind... "

"and your say that you are the smartest witch of our age "

"Huh?? "

" after you tell me this.. I admire you more hermoine. It was very brave of you. I m proud to be your friend. "

As soon as I finished my sentence she hugged me hard and it felt good...... Like OK.. NOt Good but great. I wanted to hold her like this for my whole life. She stirred and stood up

"it's late Draco.. I'm going to bed now See you tomorrow. " and started climbing stairs

"we can go to the great hall together if you want it's not a problem if you don't want to "
"I will like to go with you "she smiled and left.

I sat back on the couch and started thinking about the past three weeks when I remembered  of the conversation I had with my idiot friends (no offense I love them still sometimes they just deserve it). I really didn't think of myself as lame as this. But I proved myself wrong. Now I have to think of a way to ask hermoine out.
