16. You say I love you for the first time

Wyatt

-4 months in
-he's playing Mario
-you walk in and he's struggling to get over this huge wall
-you sit on his bed, watching him and listening to his swearing under his breath
-"need help?" You smile, "nope." He said, "Not at all."
-you sit next to him, and pull the controller from his hands, and get over the wall on your first try.
-he watches you in awe
-"...I love you." He says, grabbing your hand in his
-you smile to yourself "I know."
-you look at him and kiss him gently, with your hand resting in his shoulder
-"I love you too."

Finn

-8 months in
-your in the studio with him, where calpurnia records their songs (imagine them recording city boy)
-Finns in the booth, singing into the microphone, and you smile at him through the glass
-"guys, I think we're missing something." Ayla says (the bands main guitar)
-"...I have an idea." They look at you "you know, around one minute in.. it seems a little empty? So maybe have somebody sing a little in the background."
-they look at each other and nodded. "Who should sing?" "I can."
-you get into the booth and sing the soft background tune you were picturing. Finn watches you lovingly. They clap when you get out
-"I love you." He says happily, hugging you tightly. You laugh before putting your hands on both sides of his head, and kissing him.
-"I love you too, City Boy."

Jae

-1 mo. In but you've been friends forever
- you're sick in bed, and he stays with you. Cuddling for hours on end
-you spend those hours with his laptop, watching old C Thomas Howell movies (Breaking the law, Grandview USA, The Outsiders, Secret Admirer, ect.)
-"how is he so *cough* fucking beautiful?" He laughs, "I dunno."
-"I mean, guys in the 80s are so cute compared to now." He pouts, before you ruffle his hair.
-"I'm kidding. That's not true in a lot of cases." You say, pressing a small kiss to his lips.
-he still pouts
-"I love you." You say, and he looks at you with awe.
-"I love you too." He says with a smile, before gently kissing you again.

Jack

-1 year in
- you're at the beach, and your sunbathing
-he's trying to get you to swim but you really don't want to.
-"I'm on my period." You say, but he shakes his head with a smile "nope, that was two weeks ago."
-you quietly swear to yourself
-"so there's no excuses" he says, picking you up and carrying you to the water and you scream and flail around
-you shriek when you touch the cold water, and again when you feel something touch you.
-^^which causes you to cling to him
-"I hate you" you pout, he smiles "you know you love me."
-you say nothing.
-"come on." He kisses your temple "I love you."
-you grin.
-"you're right. I love you too."

Nic

-6 mo. in
-you're in his bed, live-streaming
-you're wearing his sweatshirt and sitting really close to each other
-you read the chat out loud, alternating answering questions
-"who's she? Y/n...hi."
-"are you dating? That's correct." He reads with a huge grin on his face.
-"you should kiss." You read... he slowly turns to you and you blush, quickly turning away.
-he gently grazes your chin with his finger, making you face him.
-he raises his eyebrows, and gives you a look which asks for your consent.
-you slightly grin and nod
-he smiled and roughly kissed you, and you rub his chest with your hands
-"I love you." He moans into the kiss.
-you smile into it before breaking apart
-"I love you too."
-the chat goes fucking crazy
-he coughs
-"uh. We have to go. So bye."
-you wave as he ends the stream.
