CHAPTER 29 -EPILOGUE

5 YEARS LATER.

ANGELA'S P.O.V.

"Mommy! Mommy! Daddy's hide me!" my son Chase said. He got his looks from his daddy.

It seem like as if yesterday that I was physically abused and raped by my own adoptive father and his son. After I've been raped, I got pregnant, but I put the baby for adoption. As much as I want to keep her, I can't. She'll just remind me of the night I was raped. And I know there's a better family that would want her and give the life that I can't.

Now, five years later, I am now married and has a son. Brandon, never left my side after everything that happened to me. And through out those times, I learned to love him. I couldn't asked for a better husband and father. He thought me how to forget about my passt and gave me the life that I deserved.

But on the sad note, I had to go back one year at school since I missed so much at the times that I was hospitalized and couldn't attend school. But with all my hard work, I did graduated.

Brandon and I moved out of the state after we got married so we can start our new life together. We still keep in contact with his mom and my brother.  Patrick now has two kids. Two girls infact, and they're twins.

"Hey there you are! Are you okay?" Brandon asked while hugging me from the back and giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"Yeah I'm okay." then we heard a giggling. Then Brandon, gave me a wide smile and pretended to look for Chase.

"Now, did you happen to see a little boyk with dark hair and brown eyes? Maybe about three years old?" he joked while Chase kept on giggling.

He then turned around and started chasing our son. I looked at them both and smiled to myself. Life couldn't be any better than this.
