It was a normal, beautiful day in the city of fargo. Everyone was going about their normal day, yet if you look closer into the house on the edge if the city, hidden by trees, you'd see how odd their lives are.
A family of 4 lives in that house, a strong yet gentle father, a kind and sweet mother, and two little boys. They could be classified as twins, as they had seemed to be the same age, the parents never really figured that out.One day, not long after they're wonderful little boy had been born, there was a knock on the door, it was a quiet urgent one as well, not a calm one as you would be used to.
The father had gone to the door, as the mother was currently getting her little boy to sleep.
As he opened the door he quickly realized there was no one there. Yet, as he was about to close the door, there was a soft whine from the doorstep.
Confused, he had looked down to see a basket, a fairly old one at that, at it has many holes in it. But that's besides the point, what was inside shocked him more.
What looked like it had been rushed severely, was a little baby boy, wrapped on a bright yellow blanket. He had seen this strange man open the door and somehow, even though he's barley a few days old, knew this was his father, that we would take care if him.
The man looked around for the actual parents of this baby, than after seeing no one, he had picked up the basket and softly carried it inside. Now, to anyone like me, who knows what's going to happen and knows what's wrong with this situation, or to anyone who's dead, like the others next to me. You'd be able to see the glitches on the baby, the glitches that hid his true eyes, and gave off the most wonderful golden tell ow shine. Those were once his true eye color, but things changed, that had brought this glitch upon this poor child, not even old enough to lift his head up on his own.
Back to his story.
The man had brought him inside, while the little boy looked around in confusion, the father had gone to get his wife and child, to figure out what to do.
When they return, the boy had tears in his eyes, not wanting to be alone, and had attempted to reach up at the mother, who had been carrying her son in her arms.
She had bent down to his level, while doing so the boy calmed down and giggled up at her. Once down far enough for him to reach her, she had soon realized he didn't want her, but wanted her son.
She sighs and stands up straight again, looking at her husband. Now that he was inside, the father could easily see the fetuses on this child. The boy had bright golden eyes, that matched his blanket perfectly, he was wearing a pure white onesie that seems to have been worn down a bit. He had a bit of dark brown hair on his head, that curled up in all different directions at the end. The main thing that stood out to them, was a lone amulet.
The father had picked it up to inspect it, turning it over in his hands multiple times. The rim of it seemed to match his eye color, while the center was a dark purple jewel of some sort, one that the family had never seen. On the back if said amulet had the simple name of, Adam, written deeply on into it.
The father sighed and took the boy, Adam, out of the basket, as well as wrapping him softly into his blanket, then setting the amulet into the basket. As he had picked him up, a folded up piece of what he can assume was a very old scrap of paper has fallen out of the blankets. He slowly bends down and picks it up, while softly rocking Adam in his arms to sleep. The mother had now gotten their son to sleep and decided to go put him in his crib for the night. All whole the father was reading the paper.
On it, it had explained almost nothing, just saying to keep the amulet on him or nearby at all times, and to take care of their, probably the parents if this child, son properly until he became the age of 19.He sighs, and walks into the nursery where the mother and still sleeping son are.
He explains what was written on the paper and had questioned if he will fit in the crib with their son, but soon decided to place him back on his basket and keep him next to then whole they sleep. Just until the next morning of course, till they can get a second crib. That night while the two boys were sleeping, the parents were talking about how to go about their predicament.
Should the keep the boy and raise them as their own, or raise him as if he was an adopted son, which they would explain at the rightful age. What would they tell everyone else in the town, who knew they had only one child. How will they raise them, as separate brothers, or as twins.
They soon decided to go over it more in the morning, as it was reaching almost midnight. They did not know what they just had signed up for, or who exactly Adam was, what he could possibly do.
They had not known about the glitch, that changed Adam and hid his now real self. And from what I can understand, they will figure out sooner rather than later. As there are two more just like Adam here out there.
Yes the other two are in different cities, but with the change of fate, they will all meet up soon, fairly soon too, as things are moving far too fast for anyone.Adam can be considered my son, but also can be considered no one's son, or atleast birth son. Not in this universe.
In his actual universe, where none of this had ever happened, his birth parents where the king and queen of this city, the city of Fargo. But now he's just a lone entity, that's created to save this world from the glitches that are soon to appear.
He has to grow up fast, as he's needed to save everyone, even himself.Even myself, and I'm already dead. That's saying something.
We can only hope he does what's expected of him, as well as the other two. And their many friends, who will help along the way.
Let's all hope, and pray to my brother, that this goes out as planned, and this world can be fixed once more
