He who asks a question is a fool for five minutes.
He who does not ask a question remains a fool forever.

Chapter 5

"Back off." I said through gritted teeth.

"Why will I? I'm enjoying my position here."

I glared at him... and was stunned.

His white blond hair was messy, like always. His playful green eyes, that reminded me of dew drops on a fresh leaf, were staring at me under teasing lashes, his jaw was chiseled and stubbled, his lips were pink, like they always looked.

Suddenly, I was transported in a different place. Memories with him blended in the present time. I was not in the lurky Lieutenant Light House, but I was transported back two years ago in the lake behind the castle, with him.

"Hey gorgeous," McAkiro greeted me while I was climbing out of the lake. I was wet in my red bikini, my red hair looked like blood when it was wet. My wet porcelain skin glittered as the sunlight touched it.

He walked towards me. He wrapped the white towel around my body as he kissed my forehead.

"I thought we'll have our dinner at Lieutenant Tower. It's only 3:00. We'll have our dinner at 6:00. And then I will fly to Singapore after that."

"I know, but I want to spend every last minute with you before you go to Singapore."

McAkiro sat on the bench near the lake, I followed from behind.

"But I will double check my things first. See if I already packed everything." He rolled his eyes.

"Knowing Callisha Safronov, she already double checked her things. She would just check again just to make sure. At hindi siya mapapanatag hangga't hindi niya nachecheck ang mga gamit niya ng sampung beses pa." Natawa ako sa sinabi niya.

"Do you already pack your clothes?" McAkiro asked helpfully.

"Yup."

"Guns?"

"Already packed."

"Knives?"

"Done."

"Grenades?"

"Check."

"Bombs."

"Already packed."

"Don't forget the condoms."

"Already in my case."

"Don't you dare!" McAkiro shouted as he pulled my wrist and I landed on his lap, laughing.

"You behave yourself, understood? No flirting with other men while I'm not there to protect what's mine." He wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to his body. His shirt and pants became wet from the water dripping from my skin.

"You too." I kissed the tip of his nose. "Be a god boy while I'm away."

"I'll be a good boy while you're away." McAkiro playfully smile as he moved. He pushed my back on the bench and he rested his muscled chest on top of my soft chest. I was protesting and giggling at the same time. We were lying flat on the bench. "But while you're here, I don't wanna be a good boy."
