S.O.S: SAVIOUR OF SOULS

Emerald eyes

I sit up in a dark room in the center of the room. Shadows seem to swirl around my feet, sucking me in. In a burst of panic, I jump up fumbling for a light switch. Iflip it up and down frantically, but the room remains immersed in darkness. Fear settles in and deep down I know I'm not alone in the dark. Something brushes my back. I turn, but there is nothing. Nothing I can see, that is. Outside I can hear the autumn wind howling, and it almost sounds like laughter to My panicked mind. A low chuckle breaks My thought process, directly in front of me. I scream, but hear nothing in the overwhelming blackness. I've  being drawn in, drowned in slumbering evil, there is no escape.

A cool shudder trickles down my spine. Glancing around nervously, I see somber portraits staring at me from behind layers of dust, seemingly penetrating my very being. Cold, hesitant light streams in through a cracked window, casting eerie shadows on the walls. As I walk forward, I can't help but feel that someone is following me. Whirling around, I see nothing but the empty hallway and the faces in the portraits staring at me. 'Turn back' they seem to say, but I swallow a nervous whimper.

Sliding down the wall,I leant my head up reliving the memories of Noah's blood dropping from his eyes,sera blood matted head and Kai being impaled against the wall with a wooden pike.

I whimpered silently,flashes of blood dripping down Noah's lips and the arms seizing pulling me backwards.

The door smashed open,my eyes lit up in the dark seeing the door open,salvation.

My hope burned down to crisp when I saw 2 body's thrown into the room and the door banged shut.

I felt the best of a heart beating frantically and a young witch child scampered into the corner.

I turn my head to the other person in the room."Kai!"I squeaked and scampered towards him.

I pulled his pale face into my lap,stroking his black hair out of his face.
He tried to speak but nothing escaped his cracked lips.

"Kai are you ok?"my gaze drifted to his stomach were a gaping hole in his shirt was from when they had stuck his body onto the wall like a victory pike.

I lifted my gaze,stopping the tears from slipping down my cheeks.
It should have healed by now!
Why wasn't he healing?!

Blood he needed blood!

Kai lifted himself,flinching at every movement until he was half up.
"The girl,they want me to feed from her,they will starve you until you snap and feed from
The innocent child then you will hate yourself and beg for death"he hissed.

The girl was wearing a sundress. Its light skirt flowed out above her knees showing of her toned legs. She was a beautiful child. Her hair was the color of the sun and was tied in plaits. It was decorated with little beads. Her shoes were not anything a kid would wear. They were slightly-heeled and extremely thin. Her bracelets matched her ivory skin perfectly.
She sniffed and looked me dead in the eye her emerald eyes swirling around like and endless pit.

I couldn't hurt her.
I wouldn't let Kai hurt her
Even if I had to stop him indefinitely...

My canines grew and I bit down  hard into my wrist drawing blood and placing it onto kais mouth.He grasped my hand immediately and pulled it closer biting shed and drawing my blood to heal and sustain himself.

Once I started to feel dizzy,I pulled my arm back,watching the cut and bite marks heal instantly.

I moved away from him across the room to the little girl.
She looked up her emerald eyes sparkling likes a jewel that would cost millions.

I sat down beside her "hey I'm Avianna!"she blinked at me slowly and her eyes lit up"your the one! My parents saw you In their dreams"her face sunk slowly and it was if the world had crumbled"that's why they died...The man killed them and he said he'd do the same to you"she whimpered and squeezed her eyes shut.

I pulled her close to me so her head was under my chin and I was crawling her in my arms.She couldn't be older than 11 I was sure.

"I'm Alice by the way"I smiled at that comment.
Alice what a beautiful name,I'd always wanted to name my child Alice.
How old was she ?
"I'm 8"I looked at her wide eyes wondering if I'd said that out loud "I can hear your thoughts".

I laughed and met Kai's smirk from across the room"well then I better keep my thoughts child friendly"

The metal door handle clicked and was thrusted downwards.
I crouched down on my knees motioning for Alive to stay still and shut her eyes.

I leaped on the man walking through the door,pushing him against the wall.I threw my head up and down into his throat,pulling mounds of flesh and blood from his throat.His scream ringing in my ears was like a drug pumping through my veins.
I discarded his mutilated body in the floor turning around grinning at the people behind me .
I scanned the area and gave a warning look to leave them
For me and to get Alice out.

All that in one look! I know I must be supernatural!?
4 men and a woman wearing black.A mix between the species?
How rare?!

I did what my instincts told me and I felt a burning sensation pulse down my arms and to my fingertips.Is wiped my hands up,slamming the men against the wall and leaving them suspended In the air like puppets.

The woman snarled her fangs out charging at me.I laughed at her feeble attempt to strike me and kneed her in the stomach,yanking her head round to look me in the eyes while pushing my hand into her chest.I felt her bones crack alien with her agonising scream echoing around me.I felt her pounding heart in my hand and pulled it out dropping it as she crumbled on the floor.

I flicked my hands setting a man on fire.The flames lapping his skin and turning his body to crisp.The repulsive smell of burnt flesh whiffed at my nose .

I clicked my fingers and snapped the remaining men's head back and letting gravity drag them down.

I stepped over the bodies and lifted Alice into my arms,cradling her Slowly while me and Kai left the room leaving a trail of bodies in out wake.

Alice's aesthetic will be up and I need to make jadeth and Aurelias now
