The red door

Hunter pov:
I looked up and nodded at Kai.
He had to leave with sera,this couldn't stop him.

"I'll take of her"Kai looked at me for reassurance"I promise"
Kai left the room looking defeated and dishevelled,pretty much how I felt at the minute.

I wrapped my arms around Avianna holding her bridal style while walking her back to the car. Wiping her eyes from the blood and listening to her frantic heartbeat I knew she was alive.

She was fighting to stay that way.

Alice pov :

They came home at 8pm.
I just heard lots of shouting and hunter was running past with Avianna body in his arms.

I ran out with rian following behind me but Taylor(a prefect for the school)told me to go back and that Avianna would be fine.I don't believe her,Avianna looked really hurt but I did as she said and scurried back in my room peaking through the key hole.

Hunters pov:
I sat and waited
Waited
Waiting
And carried on waiting.

I moved from the seat at the door to move to the side of Aviannas bed in the hospital wing ,while they were trying to find out what caused the ordeal that had happened hours before.

I placed my hand on her cheek wiping her black hair from her face.Her hair was clinging to her from the sweat dripping down her forehead .She flinched when my hand lifted and her eyes lifted slowly blinked and stared up at me.

"Hunter..."her croaked voice cracked and so did my heart,to see her in pain as she moved herself to one side of the bed.

"Don't leave"her eyes shut and fell into a deep sleep before I could answer.

I looked at her and then the door...
Should I stay or go?
I've denied myself for so long and respected my brothers wishes of leaving Avianna for him but from a distance I've fallen in love with her.

I placed my head in my hand,clenching my jaw .she deserved so much more than I could give her and she was much more than I deserved but I could stop myself.
As I slipped into the space beside her and wrapped her in my arms,I would be gone in the morning and she would think it was all a dream.

I slipped into a deep sleep.
Locking the red door behind me...
