Vampir in my head

I knew I was asleep.I was aware of thy at least. I was aware of Aviannas sleeping body next to mine and the darkness encasing me.Outside no one would ever know.
They would think I was sleeping...
But I was reliving the worst moments of my life...

I wandered into the training hall to see 11 year old me and Noah.
Noah had been helping me control my vampir.
A vampir was a demon that lived inside a vampire,the human side gave the demon blood and in return we gained speed and more heightened ability's.
It's hard to control the vampir but you grow with it and soon maintain a steady connection with the demon on your head.

Some people never did learn to control the vampir and it took over leaving the human as a prisoner to watch as the demon wore their skin.

It took me years to lock the demon away and now i had a rough idea of how to keep my cool and keep my anger on check,there was less chance I'd hurt anyone.

I've been waiting for Avianna to sense her vampir since her birthday but it seems to have delayed itself.Its a good thing because she still has to master her witch side before she can control her vampire side.

I rounded a corner to see 16 year old me slipping into a crouch behind the barn door.I remember this...
It was 200 years ago,I had gone to surprise my girlfriend at the time in the stables.
I looked down at my younger face taking in the hopeful expression and the puzzlement of the voices inside the stables.I followed in tow as the 16 yr old opened the door to see the love of his life half naked with his brother.Beautiful Cressida,giggles and turned around as her eyes widened mirroring the boys.The boys eyes hardened and a dark cloud covered his features as his moth turned to a sneer and he stomped of.

I frowned slightly to myself.
Why had I forgiven Kai for that?
But in 200 years,water flows under the bridge.

I slipped past the other memories as I saw one I remembered well.
Kai and me a couple months ago...
The day I had met Avianna...
The day I had bit Avianna...
I shook my head in guilt for doing it.

I watched Kai as he slammed the other me against the wall.
"Stay away from her"he said through gritted teeth
I signed as my cocky attitude filled the air.
"I can but will she be able to"my laughter filled the room and I frowned as Kai snapped my head back.I had deserved that...
"I can't have you Brother"he hardened the last word"ruining what I have planned"
A look of alarm swam through his eyes as Kai slammed something into his neck.He roared in pain as I ran forward trying to stop it but I slipped through the memory to the other side.
"You WILL bite her and only stop when me or Noah comes in"Kai's chuckle made a shiver tingle on my spine as I saw the blank expression of my others eyes as he was forced to obey what Kai said.

Kai was sick
His vampir was fighting back and taking control.
He never had much control over the demon in his head and had always tried to deny it the innocent blood it had demanded.
The Good brother...
I had known it
We all had known it but we turned a blind eye but Avianna had been hurt in the progress of his sick desire.
Kai had been a nice kid and I had seen the way he looked at Avianna,his love for her was genuine,Avianna was the only one keeping him intact.
He hadn't been sent away to help sera...
it was to help him...
