S.O.S: SAVIOUR OF SOULS

What you did

I rolled of the bed,slamming into the wooden floor.I wince as I pull myself up grasping the covers for support.

I turnt my head as a white piece of paper catches my attention,I peer at the handwriting on it and immediately know it's Kai.

Meet me at the lake

What could he want at this time it's 01:00am.
I yawned and stumbled into the bathroom to wash,brush my hair and change.

I pulled up my oversized over my jeans and white top.I slipped down the hallway,careful to not wake anyone up.

A small pin prick jabs inside my stomach,I hate this feeling it tells me something is wrong and I feel like I have to stop it .

I focus my mind ,run down the hall and staircase,my body's moving on its own accord but I'm sure I'm running to the roof.

I opened the door,hurling myself into the rain that was filling the roof like a pool.My clothes stuck to me like a second skin and my hair was plastered to my scalp.

My eyes search the space surround me and I find the back of sera,standing on the edge  of the roof.

I screamed her name as she lifts her foot to step of and her head whipped round quickly finding my eyes.I saw pain,hurt,sorrow and somewhat relief flash through Yh her eyes in that sinner second between us .

Everything was in slow motion.i was searching out to grab her hand but she was already hurtling down from the 6th floor.

I moved quickly adrenaline pumping through my body,a blur to anyone I passed.I ran past the doors to catch sera falling body above my own.

I held sera bridal style in my arms and places her under the shelter in the corner of the school.she was shaking but I didn't care.

"WHAT THE HELL WHERE YOU DOING?"I screamed as she met my eyes but she held her mouth shut "I CANT LOSE YOU SERA!!"I fell to my knees beside her.I tasted the salty tears roll down my cheeks that I didn't know had left my eye.
"IVE LOST TO MANY PEOPLE I CANT LOSE YOU ASWELL!"

sera whipped her head round to face me"That's why!i can't keep doing this!Ice lived for centuries losing the people I care about,my friends!,from old age while I'm still physically a 18 yr old girl!"              She was breathing heavily and tears were slowly weeping down her cheeks.

"What about me,Kai,Hunter your mum and Dad? We've all lost people and all you were going to do was add yourself to the list! THAT NOT WHAT NOAH WOULD HAVE WANTED!"

I wasn't angry ,I was scared that I could have lost my best friends.She looked up at me shame plaguing her features.I held her close,rocking her in my arms,slowly comforting her and keeping all the bad things away that watched us from the trees,that we never saw...

I really needed a break from writing aswell so I guess I'm back now from my 26 day hiatus!!
