Maurice, along with a few other apes went to the human's camp site.
Alex was sitting outside the tent, waiting for Maurice. He looked up and stood up. He got out his book from his jacket pocket and looked up at Maurice.
Maurice went up to Alex. Alex walked up to Maurice with his book still in hand. He handed the book to Maurice. Maurice studied it and looked at Alex. Alex smiled a bit. He pointed to the book.
"For yesterday." Alex said.
Maurice looked at the book again before holding it to his chest. He looked up at Alex. He sat down.
Alex walked over and sat down next to Maurice.
"Look. Look." Alex said.
Malcolm woke up. He turned his head over to where Alex and Maurice were.
"Watch. Watch." Alex said.
Malcolm watched the two.
"'It was Friday. A real nice afternoon.'" Alex began reading.
Malcolm woke up Ellie. Ellie woke up and turned her head to see Alex and Maurice as well.
"'Warm. We were hanging... Hanging.. We were hanging out... At this kegger down at the swiming hole.'" Alex finished.
Maurice looked at Alex. "Hanging out." Alex said, raising his arm.
Maurice got the message and did the same gesture that Alex did and rocked back and forwarth a few times. Alex smiled. "Hanging." He said.
Malcolm and Ellie smiled.
"Here. You can read?" Alex asked.
