Dear Anxious Reader,
Stop backspacing each sentence you type, going ahead of yourself in contemplating the reply. Removing the extra ooo's in I love you and deciding the appropriate number of words in okay.
There's nothing wrong in being the first one to text "Good Morning" and "Good Night." Let them know that they are the first person in your mind in the morning and last person at night. Efforts don't go unnoticed.
Enough with waiting. Make a call and meet up. Nothing will be awkward. Plans won't go wrong. You got it. You'll figure it out. And no don't even think about planning the conversation. It ain't necessary that they respond the way you want them too.
No, the test you prepared for all night will go perfectly fine. And the questions will be easy. You'll make yourself proud. Take a nap now.
Relax. Mom and Dad will be fine. No there won't be a plane crash or road accident or hijack.
Stop imagining all those scenarios. They'll call you back in a moment. Hold on. Take deep breaths. No nothing went wrong. Maybe the phone was on silent or it ran out of battery or the area had network issues.
Even if it's 3 in the morning. Seek Help. I know it's difficult. I know you can imagine the worst of everything. How it's all soon gonna end. Seek Assurance. Ask for hugs and hold hands. It's gonna be okay.
Love,
Anxious Writer
~~♥~~So I am an anxious person and I was experiencing anxiety even while writing this, contemplating how will it be received or maybe it's just me facing these problems and no one would relate.
I hope this could be of a little help to everyone who is dealing with anxiety. Take deep breaths. Darling, Your heart is far too young to realise the unimaginable light you hold inside. Incase this doesn't help, listen to the song I attached with this. It's one of my favourite mood uplifting songs.
~~♥~~Please drop your valuable comments and votes. They put a wide smile across my face and motivate me to keep writing.
