Pam let out a sad sigh.

'Great. This was going to be longer than I expected'

She thought sadly. Pam was walking her way back to the shed to where Guilmon was waiting. She then stopped when her ears picked up a noise, she looked back but there was nothing, so she decided to keep walking. Just then she heard a noise and quickly jumped out of the way just in time before a blast almost hit her. Pam frown and looked towards a direction that it came and there stood a tall yellow fox digimon standing on top of a light pole.

"Hey watch where you point that thing or else I might get the wrong idea"

But the digimon remained silent and threw another blast towards Pam who easily dodge it.

"Wow, what the hell are you doing?"

Pam said as she landed on top of another light pole.

"So I guess the rumor is true"

The digimon said quietly

"What rumor? And who are you?"

"My name's Renamon. It appears I wasn't the only one fooled by Guilmon"

"What?"

"Let me give you a warning, Guilmon may look naive with a innocent mind but he far from that. He was my boyfriend until you shown up and he started seeing me less and less."

Pam frown at Renamon.

"That's not true. He's not like that"

"And you don't know him like I do. I gave myself to him and he left me."

"You're wrong. Guilmon loves me, your just jealous of what we have"

"He never liked anyone touching me"

"He was being a friend"

"You see you don't understand your mind is too innocent and once I give myself once again to Guilmon he will be crawling back"

"No he won't"

"Fine then, I suppose you like leftovers then you can have him"
End of Flashback

"That's why I thought if I gave myself to Guilmon then maybe just maybe he would stay with me"

Pam said sadly. Takato looked at Pam and gently sat by her side and petted her head.

"Don't listen to Renamon, Guilmon isn't like that he's still young and so are you, that's why you weren't ready to mate and neither is Guilmon both of you are young. He doesn't even like Renamon touching him or holding him, I should know, I saw"

"Then why would she say that?"

"I don't know but I can talk to Rika for you"

Pam remained quiet thinking, Takato notice the look and gently smile.

"You don't look convince"

Pam then looked to Guilmon.

"Why haven't you told me about her or were you hiding something from me?"

"Rika likes to do her own thing and where ever Rika goes Renamon follows that's why I thought it wouldn't be no point"

Pam then laid her head down sadly.

"Pam you put yourself through pain just to prove to Guilmon that you love him and I know Guilmon loves you because he was so worried about you that he wouldn't even eat his Guilmon bread"

Pam then looked to Guilmon with sympathy but said nothing. Takato gently smile.

"I'm gonna head on over to Rika's house and talk to her okay. Guilmon keep an eye on Pam until I return"

Guilmon nodded. Takato then left leaving Guilmon and Pam alone in his room. After a while of silence Pam looked towards Guilmon who remained sitting on the floor looking towards her.

"Guilmon....I'm sorry, for the way I acted"

Guilmon looked at Pam with a smile.

"There is no need to apologize"

"Yes I do, I behave like a child, I should have known better then to let jealousy get into my head, it was wrong of me"

"It wasn't your fault"

"Is it true you were with her?"

Guilmon shook his head.

"I never thought of her that way, only just a friend"

"If only I can believe that"

She said sadly. Guilmon got closer to Pam.

"Then what do you want me to do?"

Pam remained silent. Guilmon let out a sad sigh.

"I love you Pam more than I love food, I love you more than Takato a-and these feelings are still new to me because I never felt this way before"

Pam then looked up to Guilmon who was close to tears.

"Are you going to break up with me?"

He asked. Pam smirk and closed her eyes, laying her head down.

"I can't even if I wanted to I can't, I love you too much. If I break up with you then I will just cause myself more harm"

"I love you too. Is there anything you want me to do or do you want me to go talk to Renamon"

"No I want you to stay here with me plus I do know a way that we both can settle this together"

"What?"

"Cuddle with me until I get better"

With that said it caused Guilmon to smile brightly and got into bed and cuddle right beside Pam. After a moment of silence, Pam felt Guilmon got closer to her ear.

"Pam when we are older, I won't mind mating with you when we are both ready"

Pam opened her eyes at the statement causing her face to blush brightly. She then closed her eyes with a smile.

"Neither will I"

"I love you Pam"

"I love you too Guilmon"

She said before they fell asleep in each others arms, Pam wrapped her tail around Guilmon's tail and Guilmon curled his tail closer to Pam for to keep some warmth even though they were covered up with a blanket.

*Moments Later*

"Hey guys I'm back guess what...."

Takato froze when he opened the door to reveal a sleeping Guilmon and Gatomon on his bed cuddling asleep in each others arms. He simply smile and closed the door allowing them to sleep more.

'I suppose they handle the situation very well. I'll just tell them later when they wake up'

He thought with a smile.
