“I saw my sister yesterday.” I said out of the blue as Sierra and I were watching a movie.

“Huh?” Sierra questioned turning to me slightly but still having her eyes on the television. We were watching Thor Ragnarok and she was completely smitten by Chris Hemsworth’s looks and charisma in the movie. I had to admit, he was hot but I was more of a Tyler Hunter fan. I blushed at the thought, I hope I never say that out loud to anyone…ever.

“I said I saw my sister yesterday,” I repeated.

Sierra’s head whipped towards me so fast that I winced. She glanced back at the TV, pausing the movie, then she gave me all her attention. There was a smile on her face. She was proud — I could see it in her eyes — that I was getting in touch with them.

“Really? How did it go?” She asked with so much interest that I smiled. Both her and her parents wanted me to get back in touch with everyone of my past and now I was doing it. “Where did you see her? Did it go well?”

“So many questions!” I placed a finger on my lips as if saying shush.

Sierra giggled. “What are you waiting on woman? Tell me everything!”

I took in a deep breath. “She was in the café and I walked up to her to asked her what she wanted to order, Sierra she looked so beautiful. We recognized each other immediately and she jumped up and hugged me then started crying. She took ny number abd promised to contact me so we could meet and talk. She has gotten married by the way.”

“I wish I was there. I would be like: “Hi, my name is Sierra and I’m Gemma’s girlfriend”. I wonder what would have happened after that.”

I gave her a pat on her head. “You sound so desperate.”

She scoffed and swatted my hand away from her. “Not for you but definitely for Chris. How can you not crush on the guy? Have you actually seen him? Or were you picturing Tyler instead?”

A dark blush littered my cheeks. Bloody hell. Sometimes I disliked this girl so much. She threw her head back bursted out laughing.

“You were! You totally were and you aren’t even denying it!”

I covered my face. A chuckle slipping past my lips. Do you ever have those times where when you friend laughed  you couldn’t help but laugh too? I placed my hand on Sierra’s shoulder and brought her into my side, hugging her from side ways.

“I love you.”

She faked a sniff, wiping fake tears from her cheek too. “I love you too…bitch.”

I wrung her ear and she leaned away from me laughing.

I placed the wrist watch on my left wrist. I looked at myself in the mirror, I was dressed in a pair of skinny light blue jeans and a dark blue thin strapped crop top, a comfortable pair of black and white shoes with heels were on my feet. My hair flowed down my back in curls, stopping at my lower back. Shaking my hands, I convinced myself that I looked great before letting out a sigh.
