A week seemed to pass in a blur. I spent that off time unpacking, settling in, and slowley breaking down my walls for Luke.
"Clary are you almost ready?" Asked Luke.
We where sitting at the oak wood kitchen table eating some buttered toast.
I can't begin to call my mental state "ready", but I guess that it's time to face the inevitable hell people call school.
"Yah Luke, I think I'm ready." I reply
He looked at me with an understanding smile and gaze as we rose from the table and headed out the door.
I had put my unruly mane in a side braid, pairing it with a dark blue plaid shirt, black skinny jeans, and the ever present black combat boots that I always wear. No makeup though, I mean what horrible foster parent buys their annoying foster kid makeup anyway?
We had been driving in Luke's red Ford edge for five minutes now and I hadn't seen any sign of a school yet, only big soccer, football, and other feilds and courts made for sports.
Then a massive castle like structure appeared.
It had tons of windows on every floor, makeing it almost seem like a city of glass. ;)
There were the few lingering kids that didn't really care about being late, finally meandering into class.
I hopped out of the car giving my final glance towards Luke and began to walk towards my glamorous doom.
