A Sister's homecoming

This weekend was Homecoming, and I knew I was taking Piper. How did I know? Because she is my girl, that's how. I couldn't wait to see the dress she found. I know whatever she found, it would look stunning on her.

Daniel asked Lyric. Mia and Lakin were going together. Then there was Larkin and Luna. Since they can't "date" Maverick and Major because of Dad, they found a loophole. They asked them to go as "friends."

Friends my ass, my sisters were always coming up with some crazy plan, especially Luna. Since the party, she tries to make a move on Major who's keeping her at arm's length.

I had to admit he was good with his self-control, but I also knew the minute we turned eighteen, all bets were off. Knowing Luna, she would jump on him. Dad and Ma were right in naming her. She was an absolute lunatic with guys.

Larkin kept Maverick at arm's length even though she had no reason to. He didn't also make a move on her. Sometimes I had to wonder about him. Then again, he has an interest in Larkin. That explains so much.

The night of Homecoming arrived, and I walked over to get Piper. She opened the door and damn; she looked stunning. She was wearing a red dress with red shoes. Her hair fell upon her shoulders.

"Ready?" I asked.

"Yes," she smiled.

I took her hand and led her over to the car. Before we made our great escape, Dad and Ma took a million pictures, figures.

Once we could get them to stop taking pictures, we got into the cars and pulled out, making our way to homecoming. I couldn't wait.

Piper

Lex looked hot in his tux. I couldn't help but stare, especially since I knew what laid underneath it. I am so glad I was home at that exact moment he took a shower. Although that would be something, I would tell him, not yet, at least.

We pulled up to the dance and got out. Lex walked over and took my hand as we strolled into the dance, followed by Lyric and Daniel, Larkin and Maverick, and Lakin and Mia. Luna and Major were still in the car.

I had a feeling something was going on between them.

"You ready?" He asked her.

"Yes, but first there's something I want to do," she said to him.

"What's that?" Major asked.

She leaned over and kissed him. Then he pushed her away. "Luna," Major cautioned Luna.

"Oh, come on, Major!" Luna yelled.

"Luna, I told your dad I would not even attempt anything until you were eighteen," he reasoned.

"What's a few months?" She shrugged.

"Four months," Major reminded her.

"Okay, fine, four months, but that doesn't mean we can't get at least sample things," she smirked.

"No," Major said.

"Oh, come on," Luna yelled.

"No," Major repeated himself.

He got out of the car as she followed suit.

"Come on, Major," Luna exclaimed.

"Luna, I said no," he told her firmly.

"Please," Luna begged.

"No," Major said.

"Pretty, please," Luna pleaded.
