❇️Chapter 34: Birthday Celebration Part 1❇️

YOUR POV

"(Y/n)? (Y/n), wake up sweetie." I slowly open my eyes and sit right up.

" Morning mom." I said to her, rubbing my eyes.

"Morning." She said as she placed a pink package on my bed. " Happy Birthday sweetie. I hope you like it. "

I open the package and it reveals a dress.

" Mom, it's beautiful. Thank you!" I said as I threw my arms around her and hugged her tightly.

" I'm glad you like it sweetheart. You can wear that later if you want. Now, let's go downstairs and get some breakfast." She said. I nodded and we went downstairs. While on the way, the maids greeted me a happy birthday and I thanked them. We walked in the dining room and I saw a plate full of two pancakes with some syrup and blueberries and whipped cream. And on top of the whipped cream, is a lighted candle. Beside that, is a small bouquet of flowers.

" Happy birthday to my little girl." My dad said then he placed a kiss on my forehead.

" Thanks dad." I said. Then we take our seats and eat our breakfast.

" Where do you want to go later? The mall, maybe?" My mom suggested.

" The mall doesn't sound too bad." I said.

" Okay. After breakfast, why not get ourselves ready and maybe we'll go for a joyride for a while before going to the mall?" My dad said.

" Sure. A joyride will be good since it's a little bit too early to go to the mall." I responded.

"Excuse me. Miss (Y/n), someone left this at the front door and it's for you." The maid said as she puts the long rectangular box down onto the table.

" Thank you." Then I open the box and inside was a red rose. There's a note attached to it and it says; 'Happy Birthday to you.' and it's from... Zach.

" Who's it from honey?" My mom asked.

" From Zach." I simply said as I put the rose back into the box.

" Aww, that's sweet of him."

" Hmm." I hummed as I continue eating my breakfast.

~Later~

After breakfast, I went back upstairs and get myself ready. But before that, I decided to check on my phone. I grab my phone and I receive a lot of messages from my friends, greeting me a happy birthday. I texted them and say thank you. After texting everyone back, I grabbed my towel and take a shower.

After taking a shower, I dry my and comb it. I decided to (curl/straighten/style) my hair. Then I put on my dress and put on the ring that Christa gave me and the necklace that Levi gave me(as an early birthday present he said.) I put on my boots and grab my purse and put the things I need. Once I'm done getting myself ready, I left my room and head to my parents room.

" Oh, you're done sweetie?" My mom asked as she put on her pearl necklace.

" Yeah. I'll just wait here. " I said as I sit down on a chair and wait for them.

After waiting, We went downstairs and head out to the car. We get in the car, buckle up and my dad drive off and go for a little joyride.

~Meanwhile~

3rd POV

Eren and the others headed to (Y/n)'s house so that they can prepare their surprise birthday party for (Y/n).

" (Y/n), just texted me and she said that she's with her parents if we're looking for her. And we have her permission to enter her house." Eren said to the guys.

" Okay, that will buy us some time to prepare." Reiner said.

They stand right infront of the door and they chose Marco to knock on the door. Marco knock on the door three times and then a maid open it.

" You must be Miss (Y/n)'s friends. She's not here but you can come in and wait for her." The maid said as the group let themselves enter the house. They decided to prepare the surprise at the swimming pool. They put all of the decoration down and get to work.

~Later~

" Oh, Petra and Mike texted me and said that they are already here." Hanji said, looking at her phone. Then she left and skipped on her way to get them. Then Hanji returned with Petra and Mike following behind her.

" Hey guys!" Petra waved at them while Mike nodded his head in response.

" Hey Petra!" Eren walked over towards them.

" Hey, um... where should we put the gifts?" Petra asked.

" Oh, just place them here." Eren said, patting the table full of gifts. Petra nodded as she and Mike put their gifts down onto the table. Then they proceed helping the others putting the decorations on.

" Oh look at the time, I think we need to get (Y/n)'s birthday cake and the balloons from the shop. Who wants to come?" Christa said. Ymir, Hanji and Mikasa volunteered. " We'll be back." Christa said to the others and they left.

After they left, Eren told the boys(excluding Mike) to get their roses from one of the paper bags and hide them in some places. They quietly sneak off and head to their places (according what's written on their note attached to the rose).

Eren placed his rose on the doormat.

Armin placed his rose on the couch.

Jean placed his rose on the stairs.

Marco placed his rose on the bed in (Y/n)'s bedroom.

Connie placed his rose inside (Y/n)'s closet.

Reiner placed his rose on a desk inside the study room.

Bertholdt placed his rose inside a fridge.

And finally, Levi placed his rose on the dining table.

Then they casually went back to the swimming pool and continue helping the others, putting the decorations.

~After a while~

Christa and the girls came back with the cake and the balloons and they spotted a rose on the doormat.

" Why there's a rose on a doormat?" asked Christa.

Ymir snickered. " Eren is just being a dork."

Mikasa glared at her but snapped out of it immediately. Then they went inside and head to the swimming pool.

" We're back! " said Christa as she put the cake down. Then the others finished putting the decorations and wait for (Y/n) to come back.
