Graystar stood beside her sleeping mate. Redfang told her he needed more sleep.  She walked out of her cave. Padding up to Bunnyclaw for an opinion.

The warrior bowed her head, as a greeting. "Hello, Graystar," she added after her bow.

"Greetings," the leader replied, politely.

Her three pups appeared in the clearing. "Can we ask you something?" they asked. The leader nodded to the three apprentices. "We wanted to ask if you like our ideas of warrior names..."

Graystar paused. "I usually chose, but I'll think of your ideas."

Poppypaw looked up, her eyes filled with excitement. "I like the name Poppyseed!" she began. "It is what I was named after..."

Cloudpaw spoke next. "I want to be called Clouddrifter!" she squealed like a pup. "Because clouds drift in the sky!"

"I'd like to be called Bearcatcher!" Bearpaw said, simply.

She frowned when he didn't explain. "Why's that?"

His eyes sparkled. "Because I wanna catch a bear!"

His sisters laughed and his mother gave him a scolding look. "I think it's a wonderful name!" she said, not trying to make the pup embarrassed.

He narrowed his eyes. "Where is Mysterypaw? She promised to take me out, like we've been doing..."

"Oh I'm sorry! I just sent her out to hunt," the leader answered.

The three apprentices finally left. Now I can talk to Bunnyclaw!

"What is it that you needed?" the warrior asked.

Graystar paused, rethinking what she wanted to tell her. "Do you think I should appoint a new deputy?"

Bunnyclaw looked around the warriors den. "Not until Mysterypaw is a warrior...." she began. "That dog knows how to follow the warrior code! And she's close to you, so you can trust her."

Although the leader agreed with her, she was afraid of another argument with he daughter. "What about Sunpaw?"

"Hah!" the warrior laughed. "You think Sunpaw is the loyal one? He just accepted Mysterypaw as his sister!"

The leader didn't think of him as that cruel. If I'm going to have a new deputy then Mysterypaw will have to get her name. she thought.

Then turned her head hearing laughing and saw Bearpaw. After that Mysterypaw came through with a thrush in her jaws. The two apprentices looked very happy together. Has she got over Code Breaker that fast?! she asked herself. The two began to eat together, but their fur didn't touch like it did with Redtail.

No, she hasn't found her love yet... she answered herself.

I know its short but the other ones will reveal stuff and then the book will end and the other one will start! Hope you commented your ideas. I want at least 5 ideas before I write another chapter... Bye!♥❇♥❇♥❇♥❇♥❇
