Abri ran as fast as her short legs could carry her. Her mind raced from one technique to another as she came face to face with a shape shifter. Combat, Taekwondo, street style— she went for street style fighting. She jabbed left and right and realized this is a losing battle already. She turned and ran, her 8-year-old mind ran wild and she felt scared.

Time seemed to slow as she slipped on her knuckle rings with spikes, she turned on a dime and braced for impact. It never came. Abri yelped in pain when she felt a burn at her side and she thrust her fist blindly. A hiss was heard and Abri ran faster, her lime green wings spread, lifting her off the ground. She needed a weapon.

Jackson was shaking and he clutched on to the closest person near him, which happened to be Mark, and whimpered. Mark shushed him softly and stayed looking around the surroundings. Esmeralda was kind enough to help them find a place where they can see the room but no one could see them. The 14 of them shuffled uncomfortably but they didn't dare complain. Everyone was too scared to make a noise.

"Hyung," Hoseok whispered to Yoongi. Yoongi immediately glanced down to make sure Hoseok was okay. "Will we be okay?" Yoongi's heart broke when he heard how innocent and raw Hoseok sounded at the time. His mind drifted to the curse and placed a bad taste in his mouth.

"Y-yeah. We'll be fine Hobi. Diana's got our backs, don't worry." Yoongi finally made his decision on that curse. They all jumped up when the door banged open and they saw Abri come flying into the room.

"Abri...?" Jackson mumbled softly. Overtime he grew close with Abri, considering Marisol often invited Abri to the GOT7 dorms to give advice on her fighting style.

Behind her was a creature that not one boy could identify. It was black in color and in the figure of an ape but it looked...different. It's skin sagged, as if the skin was too big for its body and it seemed to be missing an eye, only a black hole was there. The other eye was blood red and blinked furiously as it ran closer to Abri. They all held their breath as they saw Abri reach the weapons and she grabbed a double bladed sword, a glint reflected her cold eyes.

Before she always looked like a little girl, smiles and jokes and playful laughter. Now, she didn't look like Abri. She looked like Abrihet, a warrior. Her face was stone cold and her eyes narrowed. They could feel the tension and fury radiating from her petite figure. The demon must've sensed it as well since it bared it's teeth and lunged.

The boys stared in shock as they saw how quick Abrihet was with a sword, wielding it as if it weighed nothing and as if it was a part of her. She swiped at the creature, which let out a laugh that sent a shiver down their backs. Abrihet yelled in frustration as she lunged once again, smirking in satisfaction that she hurt the demon.

Jackson couldn't believe that the little girl he played with when she came over was this warrior. He was used to ice cream smeared around her mouth, he wasn't used to the black blood smeared on her cheeks. He was used to her playfulness, not her seriousness. Jackson refused to believe that this is Abri. But it is her. A wonder what a battle can change in a person.

Namjoon stared open mouthed as the creature stretched a claw out to Abrihet, but she managed to dodge it by doing a backflip. She wasn't like what you'd imagine a child, she was different. Namjoon felt cold when he realized that Abrihet wasn't a child anymore, she is a weapon.

Abrihet smirked as she saw the creature crumble down to the ground, blood pouring out heavily from a large wound. She glanced around and she managed to catch sight of Jackson's eyes. She smiled brightly and Jackson swore that this is the Abri he remembers. The other girl is-wasn't her. Abri held up an 'okay' sign and she ran out, seemingly unmarked. Jackson let out a breath he didn't know he had and felt a little bit at peace. But they all were unknowing of the chaos outside.
