Enuf!!

When I woke up, I was my sofa, my family had gathered at my home. Some standing, some sitting around me discussing the events of my training. When I open my eyes, all conversation stops. Tito and Beta Randall have not been far from me, now quickly come over. Tito squats down and looks at me as his left hand now caresses my cheek.

Beta Randall, who was standing with Luna and Alpha. Comes to sit on the armrest of the sofa, placing my head on his lap. There he speaks to me with a gentle voice "Spicy Latina, you alright?" for the first time since I have known him. Tears begin falling from Randall's eyes, landing on my forehead. He is looking at me when he speaks. But as it turns out, it was not meant for me.

"You can't do this to me" Alina half-smile & pats my leg. "I am fine Randall" gently standing now placing Alina's head gently, back on the armrest. I turn now to LUNA clarifying "I was talking to HIM."

Luna, standing by the living room doorway, had turned away to look out the window in the direction of the packhouse, now turns back, to face Beta Randall briefly. Meeting his eyes before closing them, we all hear rumbling above us he responds, "Not now Beta."

BETA RANDALL'S neck muscles bulge as he explodes, his head snapping and swishing like it had no bones "YOU KNOW SHE WILL NEED A LOT OF TRAINING! She is like a sister to me, she has always been da one protected, she can't do dis. SHE........." was his last word.

Connected to my emotions, the outside clouds shatter the previous peaceful silence KRAKABOOM!" turning smoke gray with growing rumbling. I explode towards my brother my voice now bellowing. It Immediately causes everyone present including the cubs, to kneel and bow their head in submission including RANDALL "SHE'S like a sister to you?!"

My voice is pure Alpha tone. Authority unchallenged, power, pain. The clouds turn even darker, from bluish-black to smoke black rumbling louder with thunder, exploding further as I spoke "SHE'S MY DAUGHTER!! MY DAUGHTER RANDALL!! WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU!!!SO, DO ME DA FUCK A FAVOR SHUT THE FUCK UP BETA!!" Beta Randall, had already been showing submission, now shrinks, even more, turning his head away.

Outside a thick lightning bolt slams down on the barrier, attempting to attack the house. It is deflected to the water by the reinforced barrier spells set up by Delta & TITI Carrie. Alpha intervenes.

Seeing Alexi's reaction, I reach for my Luna mate and pull him bodily away. Breaking his steely glare to Beta. Within my embrace, I whisper his name  "Hey mulatto...... Amor everyone is tense. You know Beta has a special bond with her and Tito. He means well".

This is all that is needed. In Reuben's hold, I stop, leaning my head against Ruben's chest, shutting my eyes, taking a deep breath I sigh. The lightning clouds above stops and fades as suddenly as it started. I reopen my eyes looking to a submissive Randall. 

I begin talking, the outside thunder once more rumbles, matching my emotional state but no lightning appears. "listen to me carefully Randall. Alina knows what's involved." My voice baritones" I KNOW WHAT'S INVOLVED!! I RAISED HER, OR DID YOU FORGET!!" Reuben places one arm across my shoulders, Easing me. A growl rises in my voice but it cracks showing my emotion as outside, the thunder completely stops.

My tone turns soft-spoken "I am also not happy about this beta. I would never forgive myself if anything happened to her. She is not my cousin, Randall. She has never been from the day I rescued them all, to me she is my daughter.

The very same wulf I raised all those years ago. The gentle soul who I always feel a need to protect. Just like Ben, I value Alina NO, I CHERISH HER. BUT, Look at her Beta. She has become like us, Alina is dedicated to doing this to protect her family. And she is becoming a powerhouse in her own right."

Luna looks at me with a smile. then turns them back to his brother "So my brother believe in her because I do." My eyes gleam. Luna knows my resolve. Luna continues looking at me his eye shining with pride, but I see them begin to water.

Still, his voice tone remains powerful "And she's stubborn. She would find a way to do this with or without my approval."

Luna now walks over and taps our kneeling Beta Randall's shoulder for him to rise and look at him square in the eyes "you think you might be losing a sister. But that's my daughter there. Not my cousin. Not my celestial caretaker."

Luna eyes water, yet his voice remains strong "So do me the FUCK-A-FAVOR my brother, please. GET OVER YOUR SELF." he hugs Beta Randall "Because you're my brother, if this were you I would have already lost it. Leaving the decision to Reuben." Beta and Luna hug releasing held back tears now

"I'm sorry gurl" we smile at each other. "YA so DRAMATICAL! MAMA's RIGHT!" everyone laughs. Alexi is right though. Rough, but right. I walk ta Alina and hug her very hard "I was not there ta help raise you. But I saw you grow up. Since we bonded, I feel like you're da missing part of my family dat I never knew. I feel like a protective bitchy mother over her only pup. Luna's right. I need ta also believe in you. I am sorry my little spicy Latina for not doing so before."

Being taller than me, I look up to Beta Randall while still in his embrace "aww Randall, does this means I should call you Mami." we hug. Everyone present chuckles. As we release I see Luna, Alpha Ruben & Delta Carmen nod their heads. Because nothing was spoken, I knew they had a WULF SPEAK conversation.

Delta Carmen walks over to me and places a hand on my shoulder as she starts talking to me "From now on Bella and MYSELF will be training you. I will be harsh because I have lofty expectations from my mentor's daughter." No emotion just a gentle gaze on me.

Luna turns to Ruben "well?" his immediate change in his voice, body language, tone, and face all meant he was being our Luna, not family anymore. Alpha Ruben met his gaze with the same body language. Going to stand next to a now equally serious Ben

"Nothing a father and son could not handle mate. Ben's a natural, right son?" Ben nods showing no emotion but throws his arm around his father as well. Scary. I half smiled at their warmth but primo was not swayed "How many rogues?"

I knew the pack's response would be swift and I am right, glowing eyes. "Rogues?" questions everyone.

"Ten." Responding to my Luna mate. But only one left alive as per my instructions. The others, as per Delta Carmen's instructions, were burned and their ashes spread out along the lake currents." Ben crosses over to Luna bringing mulato's gaze up to meet his gaze.

"Father Ruben and I got him". Luna does not smile to his son "Good" instead. He reaches up and kiss his forehead; Ben grunts. Primo turns to all present "If you will excuse me we will be back shortly. Delta Carmen, Beta Randall" I walk out with Alpha Ruben, Ben, Delta Carmen, and Beta Randall in tow.

  Through Wulf Speak, I hear Delta Carmen speak to me When you are not taking caretaker duties. Then you will be training." I see her, her back to me. Still walking with Alpha Ruben, Luna, Ben &Beta Randall. I respond, "Yes seer." I look to my cubs, then my mate and finally, my departing pack members and growl. It is clear to me. Like Luna I have direction, I have a purpose, something to protect. Delta Carmen turns her head her left looking to me sideways. Her last statement clear "We are Family  Alina by heart, not blood."  

Everyone else stays with me. Titi Carrie catches my questioning stare on my Luna cousin. She responds thru a private Wulf Speak "He is Luna although he wishes for peace always, Alpha Ruben and he will do what they must to safeguard their pack and territory and all. They are CELESTIAL GUARDIAN'S first. They will do what they must to protect the Goddesses children. It is OUR PURPOSE." The weightiness of her Wulf Speak, it's power causing me to feel a shudder go thru me realizing whoever is behind the attack. Choose the wrong pack to fuck with.
