Andrea sat on the couch in the tour bus and typed away on her laptop. She decided to check her emails since she had applied for some positions and brands to work with.
She scrolled through them and opened one from a company she was interested in. She read the full email and smiled widely, putting down her laptop down and jumping excitedly. Ashlan looked up and furrowed his eyebrows.
"What the fuck happened?" He laughed, looking back down at his phone.
"Look bitch!" Andrea squealed, showing him the laptop as he squinted at it.
"Oh wow, that's a great opportunity." He said, nodding as she put her laptop back down.
"I know!" Andrea screamed and went back to dancing and jumping as Ashlan chuckled.
Andrea finally found a company she liked and she was excited that they had asked her for an interview back in LA. Andrea went back to read the email and realized she wold have to leave tour early in order to make it. She was kinda sad that she couldn't see Joba for a few weeks, but she was too excited to meet with the company.
Andrea ran out of the parked tour bus and looked around for Joba, finding him smoking with Ameer. She ran to him and announced the news to both of them.
"That's amazing Andrea!" Ameer exclaimed, clapping his hands as she bowed playfully.
"I'm so proud of you carebear!" Joba said engulfing her into a big hug as she laughed and kissed his cheek.
"I have to leave a bit early though." Andrea said, still holding Joba as he nodded slowly.
"That's fine, I mean you're doing what you want to do." Joba said giving her a quick kiss as she smiled brightly. She was happy that he was accepting of her going instead of yelling at her like Cody used to.

Andrea was on the plane back to LAX and she sat alone for the first time in months. It felt weird to be completely alone and not have someone by her side, but she knew she needed this and she needed to focus on her passions.
She impatiently tapped her foot as she waited for her luggage to come out. She spotted it and quickly grabbed it. She ran outside to find Alicia and Roy leaning against the car.
She hugged them tightly. She had missed being back in LA and with them.
"You excited?" Alicia asked as Andrea smiled widely.
"I mean, can't you tell?" Roy joked, pointing to Andrea's face as they all chuckled. They drove back to Roy's apartment and Andrea got situated in the extra bedroom she was sharing with Alicia.
"I got all your shit, like your artsy stuff." Alicia mumbled, moving some stuff over for Andrea to put her bags down.
"Thank you, I'm gonna be needing them a lot more now." Andrea said, putting some stuff in the closet.
"This is weird right? Not being in the apartment." Alicia wondered, looking down as Andrea sat down on the bed across from her.
"Yeah. Cody's just trying to ruin my life. Again." Andrea sighed, tucking her hair behind her ear.
"It's not your fault. I mean, that apartment was like a hundred years old anyways." Alicia shrugged, chuckling as Andrea nodded and chuckled too.
"My interview's tomorrow so I'm gonna go to sleep early. Goodnight lady." Andrea smiled, getting into her pjs and slipping into bed. Alicia nodded and left the room.
The next morning, Andrea put on the most professional outfit she had, made breakfast, and was out the door early.
She drove to the building and met with the interviewer. Andrea was nervous as the interviewer asked her all sorts of questions about herself.
Once it ended, Andrea tried to convince herself that it went smoothly, but doubt rushed through her mind. It was a lot of pressure and this was something she really wanted. She only felt more and more discouraged as time passed and she hadn't heard from them.

It was a week later, Alicia was Facetiming Matt and showing him their new apartment.
"So, this would be my room. I'm sure you'll be here a lot." Alicia giggled, panning over the wide space. The room had a little balcony which was perfect for them to smoke.
"It looks really nice. How does Andrea feel?" Matt wondered, putting his chin in his hands.
"She loves it! Her room has these huge windows which she's obsessed with."
"That's good. Is this the one?"
"Yeah, I think so. This feels right, and it's close to the new house y'all are moving to." Alicia smirked, winking as he laughed.
"Fuck, I miss you. I listened to your song today."
"Shut up, that's embarrassing. I regret giving that to you."
"Stop, it's literally my favorite thing you've ever done." Matt shook his head, smiling warmly. Alicia matched his smile, a blush creeping over her cheeks.
"Stop being so fucking cute when you're far away, rat. It hurts"
"I'm sorry, I'll stop. It'll be okay though, one more week of touring and I'll be back."
"I can't fucking wait." Alicia sighed, running her fingers through her hair.
"Me either, baby." Matt mumbled, scratching the back of his neck.
Alicia was startled and Andrea bolted into the room, screaming loudly.
"Holy shit, I got it!"
"What?" Alicia yelled, confusion evident in her face.
"The job! I got the job I wanted!" Andrea squealed, jumping excitedly.
"Holy fuck!" Roy exclaimed, appearing through the doorway. The three hugged each other excitedly, screaming over each other.
"I have to tell Joba!" She gasped, grabbing her phone and running off to the other side of the apartment.
"Babe, I gotta go. I'll call you later." Matt said, yawning and stretching his arms.
"Alright, love you. Get back home soon so I can put a face mask on you. Your face is dry as fuck."
"I moisturized!" He defended, rolling his eyes.
"When? Last week?" Alicia giggled, making him chuckle and shake his head.
"When I get back we'll do all the face masks you want."
"Love you papi."
"Love you too, bye Ali." He smiled, blowing her a kiss before hanging up. Alicia sighed, Roy wrapping an arm around her.
"I miss that rat so much." She said, looking up at Roy with a weak smile.
"I know the feeling." He nodded, walking out with her to the main area of the apartment. The realtor emerged through the front door, clutching a binder to her chest.
"Take your final look around. We can sit down and discuss prices." She advised, standing in the kitchen.
Alicia and Roy made their way to the other room, Andrea animatedly discussing the job with Joba.
"Hey, we need to wrap it up here. What do you think of the place?" Alicia asked, crossing her arms.
"I really like it. Do you think she can tell? I don't want her to give us that high of a number."
"She's white so she's probably clueless." Alicia said, shaking her head and making Roy laugh.
"You're probably right." He nodded, making Andrea giggle loudly.
"Alright, let's get this apartment." Andrea smiled, pulling her best friends in for a hug.
