Chapter nineteen: journal this

“I bought you a little present!” Lou announced, jumping onto the couch.

“Boo, you don’t have to buy stuff for me all the time!” I laughed.

“You know I love buying people presents Syd! C’mon, it’s not even expensive.”

“Boo expensive now, or Boo expensive before?”

“I would have bought you this before.” He smiled. “Now close your eyes and put your hands out.” I put my hands out, and closed my eyes, while Lou put a box like thing on my hands. “Open your eyes.” He leaned in, kissing me on the cheek, then looking down, I could see a red and white journal.

“What’s this?” I asked, confused.

“It’s  a journal so you can record everything that happens!” He smiled. “But it’s for your eyes only! So it’s a secret.” He said winking.

“Thank you Boo!” I said leaning in for a kiss. “Okay cheesy pick up line game! Go!”

“I was so enchanted by your beauty that I ran into that wall over there. So I am going to need your name and number for insurance purposes.” He put his arm around my shoulder, kissing me on the forehead.

“Uh… Let’s commit the perfect crime: I’ll steal you’re heart, and you’ll steal mine.”  Lou laughed as I put my head on his lap, looking up at his perfect face.

“Okay, uhm… You’re so beautiful you made me forget my pick up line! Oh!” He fist pumped the air demanding a high five.

“Just… No! Okay! Do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk by again?” I winked, fist bumping Lou.

“Haha funny! Okay, okay, okay! I got it! Good thing I brought my library card!”

“And why is that?”

“Because I’m totally checking you out!” He winked, running his ringers through my hair.

“I hope you know CPR, because you took my breath away!” Lou started tracing his fingers up and down my leg over and over.

“You really shouldn’t wear make-up, you’re messing with perfection.” We heard a knock at the door, so I sat up, letting Lou make his way through to the door.

“Here’s your order sir!” A man said from outside, handing Lou a box which I assumed were my clothes.

“Thank you!” He said, tipping the man before closing the door with his butt. “Here’s your clothes beautiful!”

“Yay! Thank you Boo!” He carried them off into the bedroom, with me following and opened the box, dumping them on the bed. We went through, There were some nice heels, in blacks and reds and all sorts of styles, I had two pairs of jeans, one black and one light blue, both with rips, I had an assortment of tank tops and coats to wear. I also had a tracksuit and a nice dress to wear, and then we got to the… black, red and white, lacy underwear which of course, Lou would have picked, he’s all cute on the outside, but he can be naughty as well. But really, what guy wasn’t naughty in any way shape or form.

I looked at him, making the ‘really’? face.  And he just winked kissing me on the forehead, before leaving me to my clothes. I slipped on the top set of underwear, that happened to be black and lacy, and then I slipped on the light blue jeans, and a grey tank top and walked out into the lounge where Lou was sitting on the phone.

“Who you talking to?” I asked sitting down.

“It’s mum!” He laughed handing the phone to me.

“Hey mum! What’s cooking?” I had been calling her mum ever since we started going out. She pretty much was my second mum anyway.

“Not much, Fizz says that you two are together because of her! And that you should check your twitter because you’re getting lots of posts and stuff or something.” She laughed, she sounded so much like Lou.

“Tell her I’ll do that.” I laughed, smiling at Lou, I missed being with Lou and the way things used to be with his family. “Anyway, I’ll give you back to Boo, I’m sure you guys have plenty to talk about!” I handed the phone back to Lou, kissing him on the cheek before wandering back to my room to check my phone.

There’s left over Pizza in the fridge from last night, if you want to eat it, don’t it’s mine ;) xoxo

Too late, whoops! Just kidding, promise we won’t eat it. Xox

I walked out of our room and went back to sit next to Lou who was happily sitting on the couch, watching tv. I checked the fridge for food, and there was nothing.

“Boo! We’re going food shopping!”

“But!”

“No Buts! We have no food.”

“Fine!”

“Oh and tomorrow we’re going to the beach with Justin and Selena!”

“Oh sounds fun!” He smiled kissing me on the cheek before going in the bedroom to get changed.

“Hurry up Sydney! We’re going to be late!”

“I’m coming!” I yelled chucking my hair into a messy ponytail before going out to meet Lou. We went and bought me a bikini when we went grocery shopping. It was white with red, black and green stripes, covered by short shorts and a pink tank top. When we finally got to the beach they were already lying on their towels, the beach was fairly deserted one or two people, maybe.

“Sydney! You’re here!” Selena hugged me,

“Yeah sorry we’re late, alarm didn’t go off…”

“It’s cool! Meet Justin!”

“Hey Syd nice to meet you.” He smiled shaking my hand. Then going on to shake Lou’s.

“So who wants to play soccer?” Lou announced grabbing the soccer ball out of the bag.

“Two on two?” Justin suggested putting his arm around Selena.

“Bring it on!” I laughed.
