Wren's P. O. V.

About a week later, I woke up in Logan's bed from the same dream, again. Why was this dream always Jack?

"Babe what's wrong?" He asked.

"Huh? Oh nothing. Sorry I didn't mean to wake you."

"Okay." He had his arm draped across my waist and he squeezed my hip.

"I'm just gonna go get some water." I leaned over and kissed him before taking my phone with me to his kitchen.

"Wren, why are you calling me?" Aspen asked once she picked up. It was a little past three in the morning.

"Tell me that I love Logan."

"What?"

"Tell me that I love him and that I should be with him."

"Why?"

"Please just do it."

"Wren I- what's going on?"

"I don't know," I ran a hand through my hair.

"Is this about Jack?"

"What about him? I didn't say anything about Jack. Why would you think that?"

"He told me that he kissed you."

"Why-"

"Wren, if you've been thinking about it all day and all night, I think it's a sign."

"What are you talking about? I'm over Jack. This isn't about him."

"Then why do I need to tell you that you love Logan?"

"Because... Look it's not about Jack, okay? Forget I even called you." I hung up and slid down the counter to the floor.

I sat there crying. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't love Jack. It took so long to get over him, I can't just rush right back. Plus, I have Logan. And he's amazing.

I heard someone's feet against the wood floor, but I didn't look up.

"Wren, what's wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing, I'm fine."

"Come here." He bent down and easily picked e up off the ground. He cradled me in his arms as he carried me back to bed.

We crawled under the blankets and he pulled me on top of his chest.

"Why were you crying?" He asked pushing a piece of my hair behind my ear.

"It's nothing, I was just thinking about some stuff."

"Are you okay?"

"I will be. Just please hold me."

"You don't even have to ask." He kissed my lips then rubbed my back until I fell back asleep.

Jack's P. O. V.

"I hope you're happy!" Aspen exclaimed hanging up her phone.

"What are you talking about?"

"You kissed her and now she's all confused about her feelings with Logan."

"She is?" I sat up.

"Don't get all excited. She still loves Logan."

"Oh whatever. She's just telling herself that. What I don't understand is why."

"Why? Maybe because this guy loves her. He's given her everything and he trusts her!" She spat. I closed my mouth, afraid to say anything else.

"Jack I-I'm sorry-"

"Just stop. I know that I made a mistake by not trusting her. I know that I should have, but I didn't. And now I'm trying to get her back because I love her. She's literally the air that I need to live. He doesn't need her like I do. And she needs me. You know how long it took her to get over me, if she even did. If she's having doubts about her and Logan, then maybe it means I have a shot." I wiped my tears and walked out before Aspen could say anything else.

I went into my room and closed my door. I don't know what to do. I didn't want to push Wren, but right now she thinks Logan's the one for her.

I guess I had fallen asleep when the door opened and Zach walked in. I rubbed my eyes and saw the sun in the sky through my window.

"What time is it?" I slowly sat up and yawned.

"About ten."

"Oh."

"What's up?" He asked plopping on the bed.

"Just thinking-"

"About Wren?" I looked at him, then looked away.

"She'll come back to you."

"How do you know? Because the last time I checked she's sleeping in Logan's bed not mine."

"I think her sleeping arrangements will be changing tonight."

"What makes you say that?"

"I've said too much."

"What?" He stood up and left the room.

"Did she leave Logan?"

Wren's P. O. V.

I woke up and my first thought led me to the decision I made. I didn't want to be in that bed. It smelled too much like Logan and not enough like Jack. The sheets were white, but I wanted gray like Jack's.

I finally realized what I really wanted. Jack. He's all that I've ever wanted. It just took some time without him to realize it.

"Hey, you're awake," Logan said coming out of the bathroom in just a towel.

"What time is it?"

"Nine." He came and sat next to me. He leaned in to kiss me, but I stopped him.

"What's wrong?"

"I don't think I can do this anymore, Logan." I shook my head.

"What?"

"I can't be with you when I'm still-"

"In love with Jack. I understand."

"I'm really sorry Logan. We just had so much history and I-"

"I get it, you don't have to explain it all to me. Just go," he said with a sigh.

"I'm so sorry." I grabbed my phone and my clothes then rushed out if his apartment. I called Zach and told him to meet me at the nearest fast food place.

"Why couldn't Logan drive you home?" He asked.

"I broke up with him."

"So you-"

"Yeah, I chose Jack." I smiled.

He drove me to the house and snuck me inside without anyone seeing me. I went into the room I had been staying in and set all my stuff down. I washed my face and fixed my hair before throwing on some jeans and a crop top.

I smiled, looking in the mirror, and took my hair out of the braids, letting it fall into waves on my shoulders.

I took a few deep breathes, preparing myself for what I was about to do. I walked out of my room and straight to Jack's. I knocked on the door then slowly opened it.

"Wren!" He sat up from his bed. I smiled, until I saw the other person sit up beside him. Sorry, other bitch.
