Daniel's P. O. V.
"Wish me luck, Wren."
"Good luck," she said with a smile. I rolled my eyes and laughed as I got out of the car and went into the airport.
I strolled through, stopping to talk to a few fans, then went through security. My flight was called soon and I found my seat by the window.
"Thank you for flying with us." I waited for the person next to me to get up, then I gathered all of my stuff and exited the plane.
Wren had sent me the address and told me that Justin was at work until six. That meant I had three hours to talk to Jess. Two and a half because of the drive to her house.
Wren's P. O. V.
"Wren, where's Daniel?" Jack asked walking into the bedroom. He set down all his shopping bags and walked over to me, kissing my lips.
"He went to go see Jess," I told him casually.
"What? Why?"
"Because I told him he should."
"Why would you do that?"
"Because he's miserable, and so is Jess. Justin is getting worse."
"Well that's her fault."
"She didn't choose for Justin to hit her again," I defended.
"But she chose to leave and make Daniel miserable. He shouldn't just go back to her like a lost puppy," he spat. I looked down at my lap, fiddling with my fingers.
"You chose to leave me. I was miserable. Should I not have come back?" I whispered. I looked up at Jack and his face had completely changed. He went from pissed, to looking lime he was about to cry.
"Baby." He rushed to my side and scooped me up in his arms. He kissed my cheeks.
"I didn't mean it like that."
"Jess and Daniel are happier together just like we are. You shouldn't get in he way of that because Jess made a mistake," I told him.
"You're right. I'm sorry. It just makes me mad that she did that to Daniel."
"I know. But it'll all be better soon. She needs Daniel right now, more than Justin."
He held me close to his chest and looked down at me before connecting our lips.

I say in my car for about a minute, preparing myself and trying to figure out what I'd say. Even though I knew as soon as I saw her everything I've thought about will just disappear.
I eventually convinced myself to get out of the car. I walked up to her front door and knocked three times.
"Daniel," she said. Her voice was music to my ears and I smiled just at the sound.
"Hey Jess," I said.
"What are you- what are you doing here?"
"Can I talk to you?" I asked. She kind of looked at me for a second, then inside her house, then back at me.
"Yeah, come on in." She opened the door wider and walled inside with me following behind.
"I'm sorry to come up unannounced," I said.
"No, it's okay."
"How are you?" I asked. She sighed.
"Daniel I know why you're here and-"
