Wren's P. O. V.
"How do I tell Jack?" I asked. Jess was rubbing my back while I cried on her bed.
"You just have to be honest."
"He's gonna be heartbroken!"
"But he loves you, he'll be okay."
"What if he's not?"
"He will be. Just go talk to him." She wiped my tears from my face and gently patted my cheeks.
"Thanks." I hugged her. I got off her bed and went across the hall to Jack's room.
"Hey babe, wait what's wrong?" He asked.
"Hm? Nothing," I lied. He stood up and walked over to me, taking my hand and sitting me in front of him on the bed.
"Wren, what's wrong?"
"I, um, I got the results back."
"You did?"
"Yeah."
*flashback*
"Jack," I said softly walking out of the bathroom.
"What's wrong babe?"
"I-I'm late," I whispered.
"You're what?"
"I'm late. My period, it's late."
"Did you, uh- did you take a pregnancy test?" He asked. I could tell he was nervous. I slowly nodded my head, but kept my face down.
"Wren, look at me," he said grabbing my hands and pulling me close to him before tilting my face towards his.
"It was positive. I-I'm pregnant, Jack," I said as a tear rolled down my cheek.
"Why are you crying?" He asked smiling.
"You're not mad?"
"Are you kidding? I wouldn't want to have a child with anyone else."
"But you're only 19 and-"
"I don't care, Wren. I love you. So let's have this baby together," he said with a huge smile. He wiped my tears and I smiled up at him before kissing his lips.
"We should get a doctors appointment just to make sure the test was right."
"I'll call the doctor."

"I took a pregnancy test and it was positive, but I wanted to come and make sure, just in case it was wrong," I told the doctor. I was sitting on the chair with Jack standing next to me, holding my hand.
"Okay, we'll just need a urine sample and we'll call you with the results as soon as we get them."
"Okay thank you."
I took the test and then Jack and I left the doctors office.
"Are you nervous?" Jack asked as we got in the car.
"If course I'm nervous Jack!" I chuckled.
"The tests are usually right though, right?"
"Most of the time, but sometimes they can be wrong. We don't need to worry about it, we'll find out in a few days."
"You're right."
"Are you gonna be upset if the test was wrong?" I asked.
"Of course not! I'll love you no matter what. If it's positive, then we'll have a beautiful little baby. And if it's negative, then we'll still have so many years to try again."
"I love you Jack." I leaned over and kissed his lips.
*end of flashback*
"What'd they say?" He asked.
"They um, the doctor told me that... I'm not pregnant."
"You're not?" He asked. I couldn't tell if he was relieved or not.
"No, but that's not all."
"What else?" He asked. I couldn't say it without breaking down and crying.
"Jack I can't have kids," I cried.
"What?"
"The doctor called and told me that I couldn't have kids. Then I went to another doctor and they told me the same thing." Jack pulled me into his lap and rubbed my back letting me cry into his shoulder.
"I'm so so sorry, Jack," I whispered.
"What? No, don't say you're sorry." He pulled me back so I was looking straight at his face.
"I know how much you wanted kids, and now I can't even give you that." I looked down, but he pulls my face and and kissed me.
"Wren, I love you. It doesn't matter if you can't have kids. Don't feel bad, don't feel sorry, don't feel anything. I'm not mad about this. When we're ready for kids, we can adopt or find a surrogate or something. There are other ways to do this."
"I know, I just feel like I let you down."
"You didn't. I love you."
"Still?"
"Yes, still. I'll always love you, no matter what."
He pulled my waist into him and kissed my lips. I wrapped my arms around his neck and let my lips melt into his.
"Jack, you going with us?" Zach called, knocking on the door.
"Going where?" I asked pulling away.
"The guys wanted to go to the mall. I can stay, though," he said.
"No it's fine. Go with them," I told him. He kissed my lips again
"You sure?"
"Yeah."
"Yeah, I'll be down in a minute!" Jack called. He kissed me again, trying to make it last.
"Go, I have a gig anyways but I'll be home later," I told him. I got off of his lap and he winked before walking out if the room.
"So? How'd it go?" Jess asked walking into the room. Blue followed behind her and jumped up on the bed.
"Fine. He's not mad."
"See, I told you."
"Yeah. I have to get ready."
"What are you taking pictures for?"
"A wedding," I told her. "Wanna be my date?"
"I don't know, weddings aren't my thing. And I really need to finish my last few chapters," she said.
"It's okay, stay here."
"Okay, have fun."
She walked out and I went over to my closet. I pulled out a pale pink floral dress and heels. I quickly showered and dried my hair, leaving it natural. I put on some makeup then packed my work bag.
"I'm leaving Jess!" I called from the front door. She yelled a response then I walked out to my uber.

"Hey, I'm Wren Beckett-"
"The photographer, nice to meet you." I shook the bride's hand.
"Is everybody here?" I asked. She nodded and the whole wedding party came together and I snapped the pictures.
I hadn't recognized anyone, until I took a closer look at the grooms men. I didn't want to believe it, but my brain finally clicked and I recognized one of the guys. It just had to be him. Now I wished Jess had actually come with me.
