Jess's P. O. V.
"Jayden!" I exclaimed, running through the hall of Daniel's parents house.
"Mommy!" She yelled, running towards me.
Jayden was born in November, almost three years ago. After I had settled in from leaving Justin, Daniel and I told his parents. They were more than happy that we were having a baby, and were so helpful through my pregnancy. They always volunteered to watch little Jayden anytime we needed them to.
"How was she today?" I asked Keri. She had been watching Jayden today because the guys and I all had meetings.
"Amazing, as always."
"Thank you so much to watching her," I said picking Jayden up and holding her on my hip.
"You know it's no problem."
"I better get going. We're going out to dinner tonight," I said.
"Daddy!" Jayden cheered. I hugged Keri before leaving. I put Jayden in her car seat then drove home.
"Jayden!" Daniel yelled once we came through the door. She practically jumped out if my arms and ran to him. He spun her around and kissed her chubby cheeks.
"I need to change before we go," I told Daniel.
"What? You look gorgeous," Daniel said taking my hand in his. I blushed and he leaned in to kiss my lips.
"I'll be back." He sighed and sat on the couch. I heard him whisper to Jayden as I walked to our room, "How did I get so lucky?"
I couldn't help but smile widely as I heard that. I got to our room and went through my closet. I picked out my good pair of black jeans, a pale pink off the shoulder top, and a pair of heels. My hair and makeup were already done so I grabbed my purse and walked back out into the living room.
"Okay, let's go." Daniel told the guys and Wren where we were going, then led us out to the car.
"Daddy I want ice cream," Jayden said.
"We'll get ice cream after dinner, okay sweetie?"
"Okay." I turned on the radio and Jayden started dancing to the music. Once we arrived at the restaurant, we got out and tried to walk inside.
It's been three years, the guys have absolutely blown up. Everyone knew who they were. Especially after their collaborations with artists like Charlie Puth and Shawn Mendes. It was amazing for them, but now paparazzi were almost everywhere.
"Daniel! Daniel! Over here!"
"Jayden sweetie look at me!"
"Jess smile for me!"
"Can we just go inside please?" Daniel asked kindly.
"Jayden, look here baby!"
"Please stop flashing the lights in her face. She's just a baby."
Daniel pushed through the crowd, pulling me through too. We finally got in the door and away from the cameras.
"I'm sorry Jayden," I said.
"It's okay. I was smiling the whole time," she said. I sighed, knowing this would be her life.
"I have reservations for Seavey," Daniel said to the hostess. She grabbed two menus and a kids menu then took us to our table.
We ordered our drinks and waited for them to be brought to us.
"How was the meeting?" I asked.
